Do not use his services. If you sign an estimate it is actually contract for him to do the work (printed small on back) and if you don’t use him he will sue you for breach of contract. It happened to me and he won $2000 for work he never did and lied the whole time while he was in court. he will do anything to win, furthermore, he did repair a spot in front of my on my house and double charged me stay clear of this person, especially single women.
