We’ve worked with them on several projects, each with different scopes. Initially, they completed a major renovation of our new home. This included removing walls, relocating one bathroom, eliminating another, installing a decorative ceiling, and adding detailed wall finishes throughout. The work was meticulous—and I looked closely!

Our most recent project involved a standalone pool house that had suffered extensive flooding damage. It required significant internal and external repairs, along with comprehensive waterproofing. The scope included below-grade repairs, new drainage systems, and full replacement of plumbing and electrical systems. During the reconstruction, we uncovered numerous issues from the original build that had to be addressed. The most serious problem was the deterioration of the main supports, which needed to be either replaced or structurally repaired.

Carlos and his team handled all of these challenges with professionalism and care. They didn’t cut corners, kept us informed throughout the process, and made thoughtful recommendations when unexpected issues came up. The finished result exceeded our expectations—both structurally and aesthetically.

One Vision helped us as first time homeowners filing our first claim. We had a tree fall on our house and deck, which almost hit my wife. We were fortunate in a number of ways but navigating through the insurance maze was made easy with Todd's knowledge and commitment. Carlos and his staff were on site early to board up windows and tarp roofs. They were friendly, helpful, and helped with some other projects as well. We used Carlos and his team in 2023 to do custom work on our new home, and they did an amazing job. Carlos and his team have done amazing work for me and my family. He bas completed 3 major construction projects for me… including a new addition on my house, a new kitchen, and completely renovating my townhouse rental property. We own a 1984 Ryland home and had some renovations done by another company. I was very unhappy with the work and ready to give up on the notion of ungrading my house when a builder recommended Carlos. I hired Carlos to renovate 2 rooms and a bathroom. His attention to detail and commitment to my happiness was so unexpected that we asked him to renovate our entire 3 level house, complete with new roof, siding, and patio. Everything written in his bio is 100% accurate, but I would add he’s an artist, his palette is your house, and he takes great pride in his work. I can pick out individual pieces that are beautiful on their own but don’t always work together; however, Carlos can guide me towards colors and pieces that bring a room to life. Carlos’ unification skills are unmatched by even the most seasoned interior designer. He effectively melded my need for functionality with aesthetics, and I can highly recommend him on both a professional and personal level. If you want to have fun, ask Carlos about pet gates.

Carlos did a complete overhaul of my rental home in preparation for sale, including kitchen, bathrooms, painting, tile, drywall, landscaping, decking, etc...the 20 year old house looks brand new! His work was exemplary, on time, on budget, and far exceeded my expectations. He is very detail oriented and pointed out things that needed to be addressed.
