Very responsive to my call. Scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. Made repairs to the chimney flashing and problem solved. Absolutely friendly and professional. Save yourself some time and money. Call these folks first.

You get what you pay for. So much went wrong with my project. Most of the time, my concerns fell on deaf ears because Eric is very hard to get ahold of. My fence got broken when my roof was being replaced. My husband and I have security cameras outside that recorded the workers damaging my fence. I sent the footage to Eric and explained what happened. Eric came out to look at the damage. He told me he would get me a check to get the damage fixed. I’ve texted him several times since then because I have not received a check yet. He has completely stopped responding to me even though he has been paid in full for the work his crew did. My fence is still broken and my project was finished several months ago. I could go on and on about everything that went wrong…

Eric was very responsive to messages and always on time. He was able to get my gutters installed before the estimated date and they were able to have all the work done in one day. Very professional and accommodating. Excellent work.

OnDeck Roofing & Siding repaired a section of a missing roof vent. It took only one call for them to respond, and they responded within 24 hours. Within two days they came out to perform an estimate. Within a week the repair was complete even though the repair was not urgent. I certainly would recommend anyone requiring a repair, estimate, or installation of a new roof.

No show on estimate that I left work early for. Never answers the phone. Easy 1 star review.

Update: Since the owner asked me to update/remove my 1-star review, I will do so! I believe it is very unprofessional and manipulative to reach out to people and ask them to remove a poor review...did you not do something to deserve it? Where is the "understanding and compassion" for me missing work for someone that did not show up?

After I gave this initial review, Eric came to my house, provided a very lax overlook of what my wife and I wanted to do, promised to give a quote in a few days, and then, before leaving, asked if I could remove the review. That tells me he would have not shown up or gave me the time if it was not posted. To top that off, it took almost 2 weeks to get me a quote - during a rainy fall when our roof was leaking.

One of only 2 companies that showed up the day I called to give me an estimate. He gave several options and price points for the New roof and gutters. The crew was outstanding. Got my roof done in a day and were very careful with my hedges and flower beds. Only issue was communication, Eric can be a bit hard to get a hold of but once he states this is when it happens, "It Happens"

Eric was very responsive and followed up with me regularly which is extremely important as a customer. His crew was polite and professional. Gutters turned out exactly as expected. Would recommend to others and would use his services in the future.

Did a great job repairing my roof and cleaning up the mess. Thought I would need to replace everything soon, but they let me know I should be good for another 5 years. That honesty is important.

Ancient house needed extensive foundation work. My Foundation Pro said my gutters were undermining all the work he had done. I called Eric because his crew was terrific with my garage gutters. I was at the end of his waiting list, but the job only took 1 1/2 days once my turn came. I needed completely new fascia, soffets, 6 inch downspouts and gutters. The extra half day was because his crew needed to rebuild the roof and fascia board to actually do the work. He also installed a top-of-the-line gutter guard for me. Most importantly , his team positioned all the new down spouts at least 10 feet away from my house -the way I had asked. Thank God, Eric and his team knew what they were doing. My house now looks wonderful, and it is completely water tight. Thank you for the terrific job.

Eric did an excellent in leading us through a long process with our insurance. He was very professional and his team did the job quickly with the same professionalism.

Eric was super easy to deal with. Had him do my house and my father's. His pricing is on point as is the quality of their work. Highly recommended.
