Logan, Tanner and their team of contractors helped us with a reconstruction project. They are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, careful, and do great work.
Logan and team responded quickly, and were able to handle the situation swiftly. The team did an exceptional job on triaging the leakage.
OnCall Restoration was at my house within ten minutes of that call ready to go. They had a plan and executed that plan very well.
OCR was quick to respond and very professional. They truly care for the well-being of their customers.

The owner Tanner was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Made an appt and bailed on me the morning of. Then texted me for details and when I had a few simple questions he repeatedly ignored my calls and texts. I was shocked that an owner would act like that, totally wasted my time and never responded. Don’t waste your time with such a rude disrespectful company because they’ll waste yours even though you’re just looking for help. Extremely unprofessional and unbecoming of a CEO

Our drain pipe got clogged and water started backing out of the sink. I was out of town and had called OnCall Restoration for help. Logan and team responded quickly, and were able to handle the situation swiftly. The team did an exceptional job on triaging the leakage and performing the initial mitigation. I was able to give them instructions remotely over the phone and Logan was able to collect the keys from my neighbor and went above and beyond to get the job done in an effective manner. I highly recommend OnCall Restoration for all types of mitigation and restoration services.

If you have a smaller job don’t bother calling these people. They will completely push you to the side. Had them come out to give me an estimate for a job. Waited 3 days without hearing back from them. I reached out to them for them to tell me that they have a lot of “big projects” going on and they would get back with me soon. It’s been 2 weeks since that message and I went with someone else who did a great job.
