I hired this team to convert my garage into an extra room in my house. The team did an amazing job with the conversion. Everyone was very polite and professional. They listened to what we needed for the room and gave us plenty of options. I am very happy with the outcome of the project!

John Trout and his team of employees and contractors did an excellent job on my basement and I highly recommend. John is also very transparent with costs which was very important to me. It’s very important that you trust that your builder is being fair and not cutting corners and I never was concerned about that with John Trout at Omni!

We hired this company to remodel a very depressing 70’s dungeon basement in a house we had just purchased. We interviewed several contractors but JT the owner, and Raj their architect were the most knowledgeable by far and gave us very sound advice on the direction we should take going forward. Resell value for the future was important to us so they designed our basement to fit that concern. Super easy to communicate with, straight forward and showed up on time! Total cost was $32,000 (the budget allotted from the beginning) on a full basement remodel and it exceeded our expectations. Definitely a company to look into as we personally will be using them for future projects here on out!

Great communication and responsive. Always cleaned work area before leaving. Owner made sure work was to my complete satisfaction and handled any issues decisively and quickly. Each sub-contractor was professional and communicative. Finished product met my high standards and I've been in the space now every night.

I purchased an Omni Property as my first home and couldn’t be happier. We were looking for a historic home that had complete renovation and Omni gave us just that! They let us pick the paint, flooring, counter tops via video chat and really made us feel like this was a custom home.
