Tom is not only very capable and amiable but, if his business schedule will tolerate, he will rush over in response to your need as he did very recently in a pouring rain getting totally soaked he sloshed through the flood and climbed a very tall ladder to fix a ruptured downspout that was making big mess below.
In past visits to us over the years we have noticed that he often does things because they need to be done even if not on the list.
It is a pleasure to talk with him and to see the professional skill he demonstrates.
It is also good news that his son is joining him in his busy business. He is one busy man.
