Bryan called to let us know he was on the way, arrived on time, got right to work and talked us through the process - we had to have a new water heater installed. He provided valuable information and tips which are going to help us maintain our new water heater! He was so thorough and detail oriented - he found a broken leaking pipe that we would have never found! He was able to repair it without making us reschedule a different appointment. I’ve had many RV’s over the years and have had many technicians service and repair my RV’s and I can honestly say that Brian is far and away the best technician I’ve ever had work on my RV. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and resourceful but he’s also personable and dependable. Recently I had some issues out on the road and he took over an hour after hours talking me through the problems. By the end of the call all my issues were resolved! RV’s can be a headache but having a guy like Brian in our corner sure gives me peace of mind!

Bryan is a godsend. This is a long one but requires the info to know how AMAZING he is. We were gifted a 17 ft trailer and took it to Camping World (it changed owners to Camping World in the middle of the process) to have it checked out. We asked them to install a toilet and check for any leaks or any other problems and fix them. They installed the toilet, replaced our vent covers on the roof, told us we had no leaks and that our fridge was dead. We could replace the fridge, for $1,500.00, or they could order the replacement part but they were on back order so they would have to contact us when it came in (the option we chose). We still have not heard from them even after SEVERAL calls and messages asking about it (it's been over a year). I went in our trailer one day and noticed water on the floor by our bathroom and knew we had a leak but had no clue how to find where it was originating. After not hearing from Camping World we decided to find a new place for repairs. I did a Google search and found Bryan. He gave me an estimate for diagnostics and the trip to our house which was VERY reasonable so we said let's do it. He came out and looked it over. When he climbed up on our roof and removed the cover that Camping World had replaced there was a huge hole, that you couldn't see with the cover in place, so he poked around and found there was water damage in our roof. He filled the hole with caulk (to prevent anymore water from going into our roof), fixed our "dead" fridge (it was a fuse and the propane switch was off), showed me how to get into my air conditioner and answered all of my questions. When it came time to pay I was expecting to pay more than the estimate because of all the extras and he charged me less than the estimate. We arranged for him to fix our roof, which he did beautifully and for less than the original price discussed. Today he came out and fixed our toilet (filter was clogged), located another leak (that Camping World said we didn't have) and fixed it. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Bryan is hands down the best RV tech around! When you're living in an RV, any issue can turn into a major problem fast, and he gets that. When my tanks froze this winter, Brian didn’t hesitate to come out during a snowstorm to make sure we were taken care of. That kind of dedication is hard to find, and it proves he truly cares about his customers.

Great work done on my trailer. I moved from Utah to Washington and drove the entire way with no trailer brakes. I was unaware of the issue until I was on the road so getting it fixed was not possible due to lead times. When I finally got to Washington, I looked up trailer service here on Google and Mobile RV Repair popped up. I called and was able to set up a drop off to get the trailer repaired. Bryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He found the issue with the brake system and made the repair as well as ensuring the rest of the system was secure without further issues. He was great and thorough and even washed the entire trailer. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him, and I WILL be contacting him again for any further repairs that may be needed.

Bryan was fabulous! I had an emergency, (a toilet leak in my Mini Winnie) and he responded immediately. Not having the needed parts on hand, he drove an hour away to get supplies. Fixed the leak quickly and took time to help with a few other issues. I expected to have a huge bill (considering the extra drive time), but it he kept it in an hour's rate. He went over and above expectations. I Highly recommend him!

Bryan was very pleasant to meet and talk to. However, when the propane regulator he brought to replace the one on my RV broke when he took it from the packaging, he was going to install it anyway, using just 1 of the 3 screws. Fortunately, I was standing there and told him that would not be acceptable. We made arrangements to have another regulator mailed to him and he would get in touch with me when it arrived. We then went over other works I would like to have done. When the regulator arrived, I let him know when I would be back in the area. I did not hear from him so I contacted him, waited a couple of weeks, e mailed him again at which point he answered. He had to go to OR and was to contact me when he returned. That was almost a month ago and I have not heard from him since.

The biggest thanks!! Saved our camping trip at Fort Worden with our granddaughters. It was Saturday afternoon and returning from a walk, we were unable to unlock our RV door. The key would not work! All locksmiths in the area were closed. But Mobile RV took care of our problem - talked me through the process and we successfully opened the door. Thank you for the great service!

I’m grateful I was referred to Bryan. He came and repaired my skylight after finding it cracked with some water leakage inside. He repaired it and checked to make sure no major water issues and educated me on some other things to do. I will always call him if I need help.
