The absolute worst company anyone could hire DO NOT USE!!! They did a 4 square repair on my roof and it immediately leaked Jerry said they came back and found it (caulked around an operable window in the roof) and it still leaked When I called him he mumbles some bs in the phone and hung up on me I’ve sent him a certified letter demanding it be fixed properly or I’ll sue him in small claims court which is where this is headed His estimate was 30% lower than actual costs as well and the previous review is 100% accurate regarding leaving trash as I had the same problem He left trash all over my yard for over a month and I finally paid someone else to clean up after them It took them 6 weeks to do my work in which a reputable company would’ve had it done in 3 days He is a thief and no good I’ve consulted other reputable roofing contractors in the area that concur Wish I’d have done my homework prior to hiring this bonafide Neanderthal Jerry Olsen hasn’t heard the last from me as I’ll see him in court and have already notified the Better Business Bureau regarding his unacceptable unprofessional and no integrity business
Jerry Olson is a creep. It seems like he only hires meth heads and vagrants (or they are the only ones who will put up with him). The work that is done is generally terrible. The workers never clean up the messes they leave (from construction scrap to fast food bags). I've heard multiple stories that he goes into rental units he owns unannounced. Even waking a person up by opening the bedroom door. I own a house next to one of his rentals and I have caught him looking into my windows on twice. If you live in York, ask around, I've never heard a positive story from either his workmanship or character.
