Purchased a new roof with this company a few months ago. Called Oliver when I toured the house before purchasing and he gave a full, thorough and no b.s evaluation of the problem. He got me a quote for the work he thought was absolutely necessary the next day as well a a quote to replace the entire roof. He and his team were quick, reasonable, left no mess behind and were done in a little over a day.

Oliwill did an incredible job. We’re very happy with our roof and gutters. Their quote was almost half the price of all the other quotes we were given. They were very responsive and gave thoughtful and detailed responses to all our questions. They were able to start on our roof almost immediately and were very meticulous. They were very clean and I did not notice any left over debris when they finished. Can’t recommend them more.

Love our new roof singles coloring. Wonderful company for work with for my roof and gutter replacement due to hail damage. This was the first time I needed to replace my roof and they made the process easy. They were prompted and clean. I was impressed they took the time to magnet the yard for nails/staples. The roof was completed in 2 days. Gutters and gutter gardens were done the next day. This company does it all. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Amazing and quick work. William was super knowledgeable and explained flashing and construction in detail which I loved. Oliver was on site during the work. The crane wouldn’t fit in my yard so everyone had to work extra hard to lift the shingles. So grateful for their excellent work.

Oliwill came in with a lower bid than three others. Even with all of the rain that we’ve had, they were able to do the job (shingle replacement and gutter guards) within a few weeks. They arrived in the morning and when I returned after work it was complete and there was no nails or debris left over.

They did a great job replacing three skylights with new ones that had solar blinds built in. Oliver was very attentive in working out proposal details and answering technical questions. If he didn't have the answer, he was quick to contact the manufacturer and got back to me quickly. They were considerably less money than other bids.
The install went smooth. His brother went above and beyond when I asked if he could clean the inside glass of the skylights as I didn't have a ladder high enough to reach them. He did it without hesitation. Great job guys!

I’ve been impressed with Oliwell’s work and communication. Oliver and his crew recently completed a large siding, soffit, facia and gutters project in a congested area downtown for me. They navigated set backs created by weather with clear communication. Would gladly recommend them!

The fellow on the roof wore headphones and haphazardly threw shingles from the roof. A guest was leaving via the screen porch and was hit in the head and suffered a three inch cut on her arm. We shouted for him to stop but he listens to music on his headphones and it took the other workmen yelling to reach him. OSHA doesn’t have a protocol for this type of work but it could be a lawsuit waiting to happen.

There are two long scratches on the loft wall from the removal of the old window.

A chuck of plaster broke off during the installation of the bathroom skylight and the patch work is not flush with the wall.

I like the skylights.

We experienced a leaky roof near roof vents. OliWill was very prompt in getting back to us and stopping by to assess the situation. They got a repair done as soon as snow was melted off the roof and the roof had dried out. Oliver was very courteous and explained things well when talking with him. Williams took the time to talk to me about the condition of the roof, and give us good information. They are both very nice, courteous, and took the time to answer questions in a way that we could understand. Really appreciate them and the way they run their business and highly recommend them.

The guys did a very good job and paid lots of attention to details in making the old farm house look great. I had trimmed with LP Smart and had the house ready for the vinyl siding install. Oliwill was easy to work with and finished the job with good efficiency. I recommend you check them out!

When our roof started leaking, OliWill came and found the problem. They explained what needed to be done, then gave us a thorough written estimate. Their price was much lower (at least 40%) than the two other estimates we received. They communicated clearly about when they'd be coming to do the work, then were on time and very considerate about cleanup. The work is high quality, and cost what they estimated. We were very happy with our experience, and would recommend them to everyone!

UPDATE: We got a second leak, in a different part of our roof. Called the guys, they came out the next day. Talked through what the problem was, gave us a good price, then came and fixed it. Just as happy the second time as I was the first!

Oliwill Construction replaced two large picture windows in my living room. This local business does high quality work for reasonable prices! Oliver and Willy were able to schedule the job fast and easy, and get everything done in one afternoon. The windows are very well insulated and high quality, which helps save money on my heating bill! Highly recommend this company for any exterior remodeling.
