I could not have chosen a better company to roof our home. Robert, Julian, Carlos and the rest of the crew were top notch! They were very professional, clean, caring and done a great job replacing our roof and tearing off the 2 existing roofs. They also made sure to replace any sheets of plywood that were damaged. The prices were fair and the work was superb! I couldn't be happier! Even in the super hot heat they never slowed down. The crew was quick to clean up as the work was being done. They made sure not to damage any of my plants and took care to cover anything that needed covering and had wonderful nets to catch most of the debris which I thought was pretty neat! When the work was complete they done a complete sweep of the yard with magnets for nails several times and also made sure there was no pieces of roofing left in my yard. Julian was here everyday to watch over the crew and to pitch in and help when needed. I highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs!

They came out right away and did a very thorough inspection. They sent a full report showing DETAILED instructions of the moisture level, what normal levels are, pictures with circles and meter readings, pictures of the problem areas, etc. I couldn't be happier! There is NO WAY the solar panel company can deny that the leak in the house is the solar panel installation issue. They showed close pics of the lag bolts going in sideways, the ones that missed the trusses, etc. This gave me a very solid leg to stand on. I am very happy with the work, and they were super nice and professional. I will use them every time! Thank you, Old Town!!!

Called Old Town Roofing for a roof inspection on my seamless metal roof. Very attentive and knowledgeable with that style roof. Put me down on calendar and was out within a few days. Inspection went great with no issues to note. Will definitely be using them for any future problems!

After waiting three long years to settle with my insurance, I chose Old Town Roofing and I couldn’t be happier. Julian acted like my own personal concierge during the whole process. He was very fair, punctual, kept me informed during the process, and very professional as well as just a nice guy. He took pictures of the whole process as required. They squeezed me in during a busy time. The gentlemen that showed up to do my roof were all very professional, thorough, and did not waste any time. They were here a total of two days and I could not be happier. I met the owner (Robert) who came out and talked to me and looked over the final work, and to make sure I was happy with the work that was done. I wrote them a check for the full price AFTER all the work was done because that’s the way they do business. They wanted to make sure I was happy. Julian delivered a package of paperwork a few days later, which includes my five year labor warranty, invoices, as well as paperwork from the city, and product sheets for all the materials involved. This is the right way to do business. I was not compensated for this review whatsoever.

Customer service is Fabulous & both Robert & Julian were great as far as being knowledgeable about the roofing business which is very hard to find these days. Definitely will call Old Town roofing for all my roofing needs in the future !

Julian Bearded knocked on our door one Friday around 11:00 am. We said yes would like an estimate and by 5:00 pm same day had an estimate. He explained everything and answered our questions, kept in contact with us and let us know what was going on. He and his crew were very efficient, friendly, got to work and had our new roof completed in a day and a half. We are very happy with him, his crew and the company and would recommend them if you need a roof. Thank you guys so much!!

Old Town Roofing showed up on time early. Inspected my attic area, vents and roof. They immediately got to work. Pulled my old shingles off, replaced any damaged plywood, flashing and Re shingles my roof. They laid out tarps to catch any nails or shingles and debris. They placed a dumpster on site and had one of their team member who was responsible to clean the yard snd place the debris into the dumpster which was hauled away. They team was very professional. Julian and Robert explained the whole process in advance so you knew what to expect and inspected the roofing teams progress to insure they were consistent and observant. Their team knew exactly what to do and didn’t waste any time. My roof looks great. It also has a five year warranty so if you have any problems with material or workmanship they guarantee a quick response to alleviate any issues. This company and owner is straight up honest, which is refreshing! I highly recommend OLD TOWN ROOFING! I will use them again in the future!

It's been raining all day and for the first time since Hurricane Michael, I'm finally not in my attic putting buckets everywhere! Several "roofers" attempted to fix my roof but failed. Robert at Old Town Roofing fixed the whole thing really well, the crew was very professional, and everyone keeps complimenting how great it looks! I couldn't be more happy. I only wish that I hired this company much sooner.
