We called Ogles after numerous referrals via social media as my mom had a horrible roof quote from a different company(Honest Abe). Ogles came out in a timely manner to do the estimate. They told my mom in a few days they would email her the pictures they took and the quote for a new roof. We have heard nothing from them. She has called back to back only getting answering machines. I also called got ahold of a person told them who I was and why I was calling. They apologized and said they're very busy that my mother should have her email with her pictures and her quote by the end of day here we are a month later and still nothing(They must be super busy to even return a call and apologize for the late response and delay) She hasn't heard a peep from these people. This was at the beginning of August they came out to her home to do a estimate. For all the good talking Live Oak does on this company they sure have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Wonderful roof replacement! The team from Ogles Roofing were hard working, friendly, and highly competent. I’m so pleased with the work they did, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof!

I called one morning to get a price on a re-roof they came out that afternoon and met with me to measure and to see what I wanted. And I got the quote the next afternoon, very professional. They will be doing it for me soon.

Our highest praises to Ogles Roofing. They came when they said, 4 men & 2 days, we had our new Re-Roof done. They cleaned up our yard and you would have never known they were there! They got to work asap, there wasn't any goofing off, but very friendly and knowledgeable!

They did a really good job installing the roof initially and then I had a branch come down and stick in the roof and they came and fixed that as well very quickly a good place good place

Hi. My metal roof got a wooden stick in between metal shingles. I found them on Facebook and dend them a message at 1 or 2 in the morning,. That same morning they call me around 7 am to come see it. By 8 am I had the roof repair and it was so fast .Ill be forever thankful of ypur service. Thank you. The cost was really awesome as well.

We can't say enough good things about this company and we are so glad that we went with them for a new roof. The gentleman who came to our home, Joe Hicks was wonderful and described what our options were as far as our roof. He was kind and very honest with us.

UPDATE: Since Google won't let me do another review from our most recent encounter with Ogles Roofing I will update my review from 3 yrs ago. If I could give this company 100 stars I would. After hurricane Helene came through we had an unbelievable amount of trees down all around the house and even trees laying ON the roof. I called Ogles and the very NEXT day Robert was out with his tree man surveying the damage and provided a quote to send off to our insurance company! You really can't ask for better customer service and a company that stands by their customers years later! I will FOREVER recommend Ogles Roofing they have treated us like family!

Ogles Roofing is simply AMAZING! My husband was deployed so I decided to come home to be closer to family, to help with my twin babies. When we arrived I discovered we had several substantial leaks in our roof. First I panicked, then I started googling local roofers. I called everyone I could find to get someone out here quick and with a reasonable price. I worked with Robert to have my metal roof replaced. His team was fast, professional and the BEST! They ensured me and my twins were taken care of and had a safe roof over our heads. The team was able to answer any question I had. They explained each step of the process and showed me why our roof was failing. The staff was even great with my twins. They would often talk with my 1.5 year olds and entertain their waves from the ground up to them. The warranty on their work and the roof is fantastic as well! Over all I can't say enough good things about Ogles Roofing! Hands down the absolute best in the industry!
