Having numerous inspections done in our real estate careers, Colton's expertise, timeliness and professionalism ranks at the top. He worked closely with us, explaining the discrepancies he discovered in a reasonable and knowledgeable manner, giving accurate repair rates, which costs we recouped in negotiations. He made us money and was well worth the fee paid. We'll unquestionably use him again.
