Tip: Ask Jim about having gutters done as well, you won't regret it!

My Wife and I had bought a house that was past due for a new roof. While we started the dreaded process of getting quotes, we had Jim come out first. His quote was a very good price for what we needed. Although it was our first quote, and he said he does get pricing from others to keep competitive so we don't need to shop around. I didn't believe him on face value and gotten a couple other quotes and found he was not lying. He the best of what was offered. It is not all price with Jim though, his customer service is top notch. While all the contractors were polite and friendly, Jim was better. He talked to us about the house, the area and really put us at ease with the move and everything. We had picked a blue tile for the roof and Jim came over to show us the tiles and gave us some recommendations, for as he said, "It is a beautiful blue, but your roof will really be BLUE". We ended up switching to an oyster gray/blue tile, and greatly appreciated him looking out for us, end result the roof looks great and really fixed up the look of the house. His service didn't stop there, he then asked about our gutters (they were original and were weather very much). The price and quality was impossible to say no too! In conclusion, Jim is fantastic and I would recommend him to everyone who needs work done on their home. He also helped me with our Starlink setup, by setting the dish on top of the roof and shooting the cable down to the attic. His really does look out for his customers and wants the best for them.

When I realized that I needed a new roof and started my research, I called Ocean View Roofing after hours to simply leave a message. The owner himself actually answered on a Friday evening! He met with me Saturday morning and had the estimate to me by Monday morning!
Ocean View had the best price around for a great shingle with a great warranty. The owner was willing to work around my schedule for the install!
The crew who installed my roof....WOW did they work hard! Very professional and kind. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing. When the job was finished, my yard and landscaping was thoroughly cleaned.

The owner Jerit came right out and repaired the leaks. Noticed a small wet spot after next rain and he came right back out and fixed it as well. Even took time to call my home warranty with me to get everything submitted.Could not be more impressed with this company. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

These guys were very professional and their price was competitive with others in the area. We have a large roof roof and they got the job done in less than 2 days. The finished product was great, extremely pleased with these guys. Would definitely recommend as a solid local company.
