We had some roof damage from a storm and I contacted multiple companies. The phone for Hershey was answered by a real person and I sent pictures of the damage. Our repairs were done later the same morning! Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient service. Everything is patched up!

damage to my roof occurred early on Mond Memorial Day from an extreme wind/tornado storm - who was I to call ? Tues morn I called Hershey from insurance referral list & they sent out a Field Supv before noon time who went up on the roof to inspect degree of damage & my fear rain water would come inside my home. We agreed on next steps, a crew came out after noon time & put on a huge tarp to cover the damage & protect from rain intrusion - I was very relieved. It poured rain the very next day -- I appreciated the very quick response time & all has now been repaired - jrz.

Lauren, the customer service lady who picked up was very rude, she hung up on me because she assumed I was in the car driving while talking, which was not the case at all. Her demeanor and rude tone was uncalled for. She said the company was too busy for several weeks to book an appointment and to get back to me with an estimate. Do not book an appointment with Hershey, they have rude customer service skills compared to other roofing and siding companies and need better training in that department.

The entire process was very well handled. From the initial contact to the completion of the job everything went very smoothly. We appreciate the very professional experience & would highly recommend the Hershey team.

Great experience from roof inspection all the way through completion and beyond. Thought there may have been a concern months after the job. They were there the very next day after my phone call. Great workmanship and customer service from Hershey Exteriors Inc. a DE roofing co. They replaced my original roof, gutters, and downspouts. They were not the least expensive quote but not the most expensive either. They can work with your insurance, but I did not go that route. The customer service was excellent with clear communication on scheduling. When there was a delay, they communicated this and worked with my schedule. I had a concern during the job and a separate crew came out and made a repair I was concerned about. They even noticed some loose trim that had nothing to do with the job that day, but they fixed it. I can’t express what great customer service I received and that speaks volumes. I highly recommend them if you are considering replacing your roof. I am happy to answer any questions. Let me know

My roof started leaking at the worst time, right around Xmas. Called several roofers, most couldn’t help for weeks. Hershey responded almost immediately, and gave me a fair quote.
I have a fairly large roof, they did the job in one day. Arrived at 8 exactly with a crew of 6.
They worked all day and cleaned up perfectly.
