John did an excellent job rebuilding the top of my c1750’s center chimney colonial house and installing a new custom cap. He did the job beautifully and properly and secured things to last many years. Highly recommend his work.

I never do theses reviews, but this owner/ company is worth a few minutes of my time. I have been trying for months to repair a chimney~ no one would returned my call or accept the job. Then I found OS Chimney!!!! First, he answered the phone~ no messages or phone tag. Inspection / estimate was booked within days. Work was booked & completed just as fast. Due to my work schedule, we relied on email. Very responsive, constant communication. John explained EVERYTHING about the damaged, parts, & repairs. Tech (Chris) was awesome~ informative, knowledable, friendly, neat, and work done as promised. No surprises. Great rates. VERY HIGHLY recommend!!!

Called for estimate on chimney repair. Guy who answered talked over me the whole time, tried to sell me on the benefits of a wood stove vs pellet stove. When I let him know I was just interested in having them come out and repair my chimney he hung up on me. I'll look elsewhere for a chimney service company.
