OBYTECH INVERTER

I initially gave this place a good review but they don't show up and then avoid answering your calls. They installed my AC unit but they put in between two windows with the unit blocking part of the windows. No one in their right mind would have mounted it there. I called them to have them move it to the other wider walll. They came and took the unit down and then never came back. I called and texted so many times, and the owner told me they would come the next day. Never showed up. Now I have to pay someone else to come reinstall the unit. Wish I could give them a zero review. A one is very generous.

, me han cobrado por tarjeta de crédito, precio super buenísimo y la respuesta ha sido rápida y al momento prácticamente. En servicio no he tenido la oportunidad todavía de probar. Pero al día de hoy digo que ha sido excelente y estoy muy agradecido y satisfecho, la comunicación siempre radida y dispuesta a resolver

Don't do business with this company. I had 4 ac units installed and when I needed service for one of them he never showed up. I had to take time off of work for the scheduled appointment and he would never show up and then make excuses. I would be waiting for him all day. He did this 2 days in a row and never came. He should be out of business for his lack of responsibility towards his customers.

Me instalaron un inverter, la instalación fue de lo peor y bajo engaño. Pague $200.00 por una instalación para 220v que se pudiese utilizar para dos unidades, me la instalaron para una y con cablería no apropiada. Me hicieron creer que el compresor no se podía instalar en el techo para cobrarme las palometas. Los llame me dijeron que me resolverían tal día, y nunca vinieron, me tuvieron en ese tajo tres semanas, luego no me contestaron mas mis llamadas. El señor Obed Camacho y su esposa Tiara son personas super deshonestas. No sirven.

Me instalaron 3 unidades en casa, en septiembre se daño una y vinieron y se llevaron una pieza y desde entonces estoy detrás de ello. Junio 9 y No me an arreglado el equipo, son buenos para las excusas para poder comunicarme tengo que llamar de números diferentes. Tengo que tomar acción legal.
