right on the beach which was so nice to be able to take a break between meetings. walking distance to Loiza which has a bunch of restaurants. a quiet residential area as well so that was nice.

Had such a great stay here! I booked this place with a few friends to work on some content creation. This place was the perfect place to stay for that. The property was beautiful with lots of tropical plants. We really enjoyed the rooftop and watching the waves and parrots fly around. The rooms and shared spaces were comfortable and clean, but some spaces could have used a nice deep clean. It wasn’t an issue for us. The location was perfect. A quiet little oasis, but not too far away from Old San Juan. El Yunque and other beautiful places were not too far to drive to explore. Had no problem with parking right out front on the road. We ran into the property manager the first morning making the guests fresh coffee. She was super sweet and offered us tips for the area. My friends and I can agree that we would definitely stay here again when we travel back to PR. Thanks for the great stay!

The facilities include a cozy co-living space with a TV set and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, and a co-working space on the second floor connected to an outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean.

The site is just a short walk from numerous excellent coffee and breakfast establishments in the Ocean Park community.

I am a solo traveler. So when looking for a place to stay in San Juan, I was happy to find Outsite! My room was just as I imagined it and the view is unmatched! This location is right across the street from the beach with lots of palm trees for shade and good vibes. I spent several whole days at the beach reading books! I was within walking distance of several restaurants, and a great little grocery store where I loved going for Puerto Rican pastries. There are also several activities to book in Puerto Rico. I did the Sail San Juan sunset sail, and I highly recommend it! Other guests went snorkeling with sea turtles, and on an excursion to the rainforest. Don’t forget to visit Old San Juan, it is very fun! And like I said, Outsite Ocean Park has unmatched views, so the nightly sunsets from the roof patio are just the best! I took vacation for this trip so I did not use the work spaces, but they look great so I plan to come back later this summer and work remote. A new favorite.

I had an overall good experience here. I went during the big blackout, but this property has a generator, so we weren't without power. I was startled by the small lizards at first, but they stay outside and are harmless. You can see a great view of the ocean from the rooftop. An Uber anywhere was a great price, even to Old San Juan. Many places are walkable, including many restaurants. If walking isn't your thing, there are electric scooters everywhere (I didn't get around to using one personally, but many people did). You get a designated space in the fridge and the pantry (per room). The community was always quiet, although sometimes people passing in cars would play loud music on their way to the beach. I wish that the linens were a bit more clean, but I'm overly particular about my linens. They have a W/D and detergent available for open use. Overall, it was a great 2 week trip, I would return here again, and I would try another Outsite!

Location was very clean, quiet and calm. Loved it. If I wanted to have some contact with guests, I could work in a common area. Otherwise, I took calls in my room. Best of all worlds. Would have loved to get room #10 - maybe next time!

I absolutely loved my stay at Outsite San Juan! Loved the space, loved the neighborhood, loved the proximity of the beach, before I left I was already thinking about when I'd return.

Don’t come! It’s overpriced for what you get. This is no longer a co-living space, they started advertising on Booking.com because they’re not making enough profit, and now it feels more like a hostel.

I messaged customer service five times, complaining that this shift is disrespectful to the nomad community, but they don’t care. Right now, this place is completely garbage, just like this recent photo of actual trash.

When I arrived, the gate had been broken for over two weeks. After repeatedly complaining, they finally fixed it. If they can’t provide a quality experience and take care of their guests, they shouldn’t market themselves as a co-living space at all.

The house is perfectly located, seafront, with a lovely rooftop to start or finish the day. Kitchen is new and well equipped with a Moccamaster to start the day with a great coffee.

The house is located directly across the street from Ocean Park beach, and close to tons of restaurants/bars, stores, etc. The house is a beautiful space - very clean, comfy beds, WiFi was awesome. The community manager, Kai, is incredible and so helpful! I had a great 3-week stay here.

I would give this place a 10, but if you have your own car or rental, parking in tough nearby. Additionally, room #1 had AC issues, which could not be resolved during my stay, I didn't get much sleep my first night, but was ok second night, and third night.

I came to Outsite Ocean Park after a work conference for a few days of more relaxed work time. It looked just like the pictures and I added a plus one to my stay as a guest so he could also experience San Juan. The site had everything I needed to ensure I was comfortable, lots of air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom. Large fridge with separated drawers for rooms and extra shared dairy and non-dairy creamers for the shared coffee, that comes with an electric coffee grinder and coffee maker! Outsite knows what working professions want (or need!). The WiFi was strong and consistent. The view overlooking the ocean in the conference room was worth the trip.

Pro tip: there is a washer and dryer on site, but no detergent, unless there is some in the shared area, so if you’re staying longer consider buying some to wash clothes. If you are LGBTQ, as I am, there is an LGBTQ guest house around the corner that provides lots of LGBTQ excursions. We took advantage of a cave tour and my guest took advantage of a walking tour of Old San Juan. I forgot sunscreen, but there was a lot of shared sunscreen in the pantry area, all different types, and some bug spray. Well, there is now some donated lidocaine spray and aloe vera spray (oops.) Everything about this trip was supported by the site manager via the group WhatsApp, and she is very responsive to inquiries, which is how I knew you could stay in the common area if you arrive earlier than check in or need to wait in the common area for your ride to the airport after check out. The television has a shared tv with subscriptions to most apps if you happen to have appointment TV you need to catch up on, but you’re in paradise so it might not be priority. Everyone else staying at the site were nice and chill with interesting jobs the certainly expanded my horizons of what remote working could look like. I will absolutely be coming back!!!

Room was nice and spacious, layout of the house is really good, especially the outdoor „rooftop“ area.
Best thing about this location is definitely the community manager, Kai. Kai helped us all to get around, organised loads of fun events, and had tons of recommendations.

I loved my first outsite stay in Puerto Rico, primarily thanks to the people. Kai (our community manager) was incredible and so helpful/kind during my stay. You can tell she cares about the people staying there and she was always quick to respond. The other housemates were amazing and we did so much together - I already miss all the people I met during my 3 weeks here. Overall the location is great, literally right across the road from the ocean and a tiny beach a few minutes walk away. The quality of furniture in the house could definitely be improved, along with the overall maintenance. I think it’s crazy that a room cleaning is only included if you are staying there a month. 3 weeks in a beach/sandy location with a broken laundry machine left all of us with really gross rooms. For the price of this location, a weekly room cleaning would be appreciated. Overall I would come back, but I’m glad I read a lot of the reviews on here and Google before booking so I had appropriate expectations!

My stay was nice. I didn’t get to experience the property as much as I wanted to and a few hiccups that were not addressed, but satisfactory stay overall.

A picturesque house right on the beach. I found the Outsite house in Puerto Rico to be in an ideal location; close enough to get to San Juan in 10 minutes but far enough from the hustle to get a quiet place to relax.

Really wonderful location in Puerto Rico. So comfortable to work and live here. The Outsite has everything you need. The people are great and the community manager made sure we had everything we needed and more!

The best part of my stay was the community manager, Kai, who did a fabulous job and even cooked us a Puerto Rican dinner one night. The location is superb as well. With just a few inexpensive improvements, the accommodations and work area would be as fantastic as the view of the ocean.

Outsite Puerto Rico is my favourite one yet, a liveable workable paradise, close enough to the centre to be accessible but far enough to be peaceful. Puerto rico is also just a cool place and the community manager is great!

I loved my time in Puerto Rico! I met great people, the location is good - right across the ocean and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants etc. I loved the rooftop and the working area. I think communications with the managers would have been better, it felt like we were on our own the whole time - no communication whatsoever, but it didn’t bother me too much, honestly I had a blast and can’t wait for my next outsite adventure

If, after reading the reviews on Outsite's website, you’re wondering if this location still has cockroach and ant infestations, beds that are falling apart, intermittent power outages, leaks and shoddy workmanship, subpar cleaning, and shared supplies often running out or running low — yes, this location still has all those problems and more. See pics! My room also smelled very moldy — and had visible mold on the shower curtain. I brought these issues up to Outsite but their response was that the community manager would deal with it when she got around to it — but people have been complaining about these issues for literally over a year now, based on the comments, and nothing’s been done and things are literally held together by duct tape. I did love being right beside the ocean, but having to live in a moldy environment with cockroaches and broken appliances really ruined the experience.

FYI they only post positive reviews on the Outsite website, which is why the rating there is artificially high. I left early and got reimbursed for the days I didn't stay, but no refund or compensation despite the moldy / cockroach-infested room -- which according to them was an "upgrade" from what I'd booked.

I stayed for a month while working and I have to admit that the reason for coming back [this was my second time here] was for the location; having the water across the street from the house is priceless. It's also a very walkable area and there's plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall it was a great experience and I LOVED everyone I got to meet. The house does need some serious TLC, though. The rooms are very basic and there's definitely some maintenance to be done around the house. Wifi in my room was okay, but I wasn't able to take video calls. That being said, there's plenty of shared spaces to work from around the house and the wifi was very strong in those areas. Will definitely come back, but would love to see some upgrades done to the rooms and house!

I really enjoyed my time in Puerto Rico - the location of this house was awesome and my housemates built a real sense of community. Working conditions were most important to me and those did not disappoint - the wifi was reliable, the working space overlooks the ocean, everyone respected those doing work. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the individual rooms. The furniture is falling apart, the plumbing is neglected and there were ants in the pantry/bedrooms. Also, for being a shared house, there were a lack of community resources (paper towels). I would give Outsite another try - I love the concept, the people I met and there's some great locations. The Puerto Rico house just needs a little upkeep.

I spent two weeks in June at this location and had a blast! The beachfront location is unbeatable, and the community manager is super friendly and accommodating.

Outsite Puerto Rico is incredible. It's on the water and the neighborhood (Condado) is wonderful. The room is comfortable with clean sheets. The property manager was so helpful and responsive to my questions. I loved that the area was clean and homey. The kitchen was a great resource.

The location was great - just about 10 minutes to anywhere you want to go within San Juan or the surrounding area. Ocean Park beach was beautiful and short walk. I thought the accommodations were fine, though my room didn't have a closet. If I were to come back, I would definitely reserve the primary bedroom as it has an ocean view and direct access to the. beautiful top deck. WiFi and common working spaces were good as well.

This was my first experience at an Outsite house and I’ll definitely be staying at others. The house is so nice and very well maintained, right on the ocean with amazing views. Will definitely return.

This place feels underpriced - that's how great of a value it is. You are RIGHT in front of the ocean, there are multiple outdoor work spaces, a large common area for indoor work, sharing meals, watching TV IFFF you want to take an indoor break. Although everyone here has been outdoors the entire time bc it's set up that way! The weather is perfect, there's a breeze coming off the ocean at all times, plenty of shaded areas so you can have sun or not while you work or hang out in the evenings. The energy here is SO conducive for work too. That was my only concern before coming and it's been the opposite. Wildly productive workdays with the meditative sound of the ocean in the background - AND the evenings are great too bc you're sharing a space with other entrepreneurs or remote workers who share the same nomadic lifestyle/interests as you so it's like a networking experience but without any of the b.s. It's been SO FUN learning about other peoples businessed or jobs even working together already in some cases! It's also understood amongst house members that work is work and everyone is super respectful of time and space and noise and etc etc etc so there's never been a "party" or too much noise at night. I loved my first 7 nights so much that I booked another 7 WHILE I was here and extended my stay. I already booked another Outside in LA for later this month bc I know this is exactly what I was looking for in remote life. You really couldn't ask for a better setup.

I would highly recommend staying at the Outsite Puerto Rico place. I've absolutely loved it! I booked 7 days originally and then ended up extending my stay here a couple more days. The social circle aspect of this community has been unreal!! So amazing!! Immediately you are immersed in a social club where everyone actually wants to be your friend and include you in the events. From going to the beach casually to dinners out with the crew, it has been so fun. I would highly recommend it! There was no issue with the hot water. I stayed in a couple rooms and had no issues with the hot water during my 10 day trip. It does take 1-2 mins for the hot water to begin coming out but as long as you know that, you shouldn't have an issue. The only time hot water is an issue here is if it rains for multiple days because currently the hot water heater is solar. I know they are working with the property owner to get an electric water heater so this may be different when you book. I will definitely be back at more Outsites in the future and especially this one. I would highly recommend this over getting an airbnb or hotel in the area. It's also cheaper! This experience was truly life changing. <3 Thank you Outsite! I'll be back. PS. I made a mistake and got the annual membership. I should have bought the lifetime membership. You'll love this experience so you should save by getting the lifetime membership when you order because I know you'll be back for more!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here at the Outsite Ocean Park Coliving home in Ocean Park PR . The room, main house, and living area was precisely what I needed. Cale, the property manager was a phenomenal host and great resource here as well. Will definitely be staying in an outsite again in my travels.

Great trip to PR and first Outsite experience! Lots of things within walking/scootering distance from the house. Great accommodations for work with a lovely roof deck and conference room. Shared spaces were kept clean and laundry on site was a plus. My room (4) was small (but cozy) and had a few things that could be improved, but overall great stay. Friendly & welcoming with lots to enjoy in nature and city life.

First off, I had a great time at this location. A lot of what that came down to was the people. I met some really great folks who quickly became my friends, and I looked forward to seeing them during and after work hours. The community manager, Cale, was lovely. She's incredibly responsive, kind, and giving. She helped me find anything and everything I needed, not only at Outsite, but in San Juan (and even beyond). There's some wildlife in the area too, like birds and frogs, that makes it even better.

That said, the common areas are pretty good. The kitchen is mostly well stocked and nice. The "office" is big, air conditioned, and also has large sliding doors and windows if you want to get the natural breeze. The upstairs patio is great for sunning and has an unobstructed view of the water directly across the street. The location itself is fine, walking distance to some stuff and a short bike/scooter/uber ride from anything else that's essential. The washer/dryer works great. There is ample storage space for your food in the kitchen and TWO fridges!

There are a few minor down-sides to this place:
- It's also listed on AirBnB, which means there may be folks staying there who aren't part of Outsite
- Hot water takes a really long time for some rooms (it uses solar water heating, which is common in Puerto Rico)
- The beach is across the street from the place, and isn't really a beach you can hang out on because the water comes almost right up to the retaining wall at times

It was great to be with other remote workers and find a community of like minded individuals. This was one of the highlights for me as this is my first time doing this remote work community experience.

The Ocean Park location is in a quiet residential neighborhood with ocean views and plenty of restaurants within walking distance on Calle Loiza or in Carolina

This was my first time staying in an Outsite property and I'm already planning a trip back. There were some hiccups when I first checked in but customer service and Cale worked quickly to resolve everything. The property is nice and is right across from the water. One thing to note is this is a visibly older property that had some upgrades done. One piece of feedback I left for the team is that the bathrooms definitely need more TLC. I stayed in 2 separate rooms due to a significant leak turned water puddle in my first room. The second room also had a small leak in the bathroom but it was very minor so I chose to tolerate it. If they could fully remodel the bathrooms so they're not visibly worn, this place would be a 10/10 for me!
