They did a great job on my very full gutters! Very prompt and pleasant! I highly recommend using them for anything you need done!

Edited my original review to add that they did reach out a couple days later to work something out about the broken floor vases. I very much appreciate the gesture on their end. I would also recommend to anyone getting this service done to communicate beforehand concerns about anything that might be prone to breaking or stained by the materials used, just as you would if someone was cleaning valuables on a shelf inside your home or something. I just didn't even consider they'd be moving these big vases around into a position where they could be knocked over by a wind gust.

Pros:

Friendly, up front about pricing and seem to be very well organized with text reminders and the ability to pay online, etc.They arrived on time and cleaned my house, windows and deck. Taped off electrical outlets and doorbells. Sent before and after photos.

Cons:

Broke two Terra cotta floor vases, and while the employees informed me about it, they didn’t seem sure what O&S would do if anything to compensate me for the damage. No further acknowledgement about that incident even though the broken vases were individually photographed in the before/after photos. I’m not going to reach out to them about replacing them or compensating me because it doesn’t change the fact that I still have to replace these items that are no longer manufactured in the same style/color. On top of that, I don’t want the headache of having to be the one to initiate that back and forth to potentially get rejected in the event there’s fine print taking no liability for property damage or something like that. I also had to clean some outdoor furniture beneath the deck as whatever cleaner they used dripped down on it and dried, leaving white spots all over the place.

All in all, they did what they said they’d do, but I’m not thrilled I had to clean up after the cleaning.

O & S do an absolutely amazing job with windows! This is my second year using them. I would highly recommend everything about them! They are efficient, productive, professional, and my windows never have looked better!

Had O&S come out to clean our driveway and walk. We had rust and oil stains. After they were done, oil and rust stains were gone! Amazing work and friendly crew - would definitely recommend.

We have been O & S customers for six years. In that time we’ve had them clean our gutters, wash our windows, clean some impossible to reach light fixtures and even wash the house. They have always been very professional and done an excellent job. We have recommended them to many friends.

I own a business in downtown Manhattan and I receive monthly service. The owner and all the employees have always been prompt professional and great to work with, even on the billing side. But the two new employees I’ve had for a few months now are incredible. They stop in and say hi and just have a warm demeanor that is special. Highly recommend this company.

Everyone that I've dealt with has been very nice and very accommodating. I was happy that even my neighbors saw that they were doing a good job and came and ask for an estimate at their house. They did a great job cleaning the front of our building. They got all of the bugs off our sign and our awning. Great service.

My windows are sparkling! 3 workers were on the job. They arrived when they said they would (early even!) and worked hard all day. Removed all storms and screens and cleaned all windows. We have an old house with lots of windows and they look beautiful. The wavy old glass really stands out now.

O & S was quick to respond when I called about getting our gutters cleaned. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about roof cleaning, gutters, and siding. Our gutters were a mess and they took very little time to get them back in order. I will definitely call them again when it's time for window cleaning, roof cleaning and and any power washing. Marty and the entire O&S crew are true professionals! The two young men who did the washing, Julian and Asahel, were courteous and very thorough and when the job was complete they very carefully inspected the entire house to ensure they had not missed any spots. Before leaving they told us to call them if we found any missed areas later.

Each team member that serviced my home was extremely respectful and friendly. They each proudly displayed their company uniform. If I was the owner of this team; I would be so proud of how they conducted themselves. They gave me a great run down of what they intended to complete. They did an extensive walk around of my property looking for logistical support, faucets, electric outlets and the like. They identified hazards, then briefed me again. By the end of the day, more members of the team had arrived as specialists in the exterior window washing. The owner came by mid day to check my satisfaction. What a great experience and a great outcome. They can be courteous and great people, but the service also has to be great. They did not disappoint.
