I cannot say enough positive things about Kevin Nunnery, his son John Paul, and the entire crew at Nunnery Roofing out of Sumter SC. We were referred to them by Georgetown County who used them on a project next door to us. Kevin and his team put an entirely new roof and drainage system on our 20,000 square foot building. We had many roof leaks through the years and it got untenable. Since the work has been completed we have had no leaks, we now have a 20 year warranty, and a drainage system that is working flawlessly. HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Talked to Kevin over the phone ab a roof leak, he sent some guys out to look and gave my wife an estimate to repair. Now, I talked to Kevin, not my wife. Kevin sent a crew of guys, but he wasn't there, nor was he the one that gave my wife the estimate.
The estimate was $2800.00... I thought wow, he's insane! To redo my whole roof would be ab $6500-$7000!
I called two other roofing companys, one never showed and the other was Black Creek Roofing.
The owner, Chase, came out with a helper and within ab an hr of being there inspecting, he said he could repair the problem for ab $250 best case, $750 worst case!
I hired him the next day and he showed up with his guys, they did a great job. Roof is no longer leaking, Chase said it was good to go and it would be $250!
I wasn't looking for a new roof, just a repair.
$2800 verses$250!!!
If Chase comes back 10 more times between now and when it's time for a new roof in 10 years, I'll still come out on top!
Be careful and do your dudiligence before hiring someone.
