We moved into our new house less than a month ago and noticed leaking in our attic. Fernando came out immediately to check it out. He knew exactly what the issue was and what was needed to fix the problem. He took pictures to show us and thoroughly answered all of our questions. His team was out less than a week later to do the work. They even fixed some other issues that were missed during our homeowners inspection. Fernando is highly professional and knowledgable. We will definitely be using his company again in the future.

We couldn't determine where the roof leak was coming from. We had multiple roofing companies come out, but Fernando was the only one who took pictures of the actual issue. He also noticed two other spots that needed to be addressed before they became an issue too. He was able to match the shingles after replacing the wood and vent. Jobsite was left absolutely clear of all debris. He was also able to show us how the vent and board failed prior to hauling it away.

My gutter corners needed sealing. I called NWS Restoration. Fernando came out the same day to give me a fair estimate and came back within a few days to do the job. They did an excellent job on the gutters and went above and beyond by checking my roof. They found nails protruding through the shingles and sealed all of them. They showed me before and after pictures. I am very grateful that they found them and sealed them before they became a big problem. Great job!!!

Juan was very courteous and professional guiding me through the work that needed to be done on my roof. After dealing with unpredictable spring weather , Juan stayed in touch with me regarding dates that were available for my roof replacement and watched over the crew during the work. The price was the best out of several quotes and the work outstanding. I highly recommend them.

I recently had my roof installed by Northwest Storm Restoration. I have to say out of the gate Juan was very professional and helpful. I had them quote out for a new roof and they had very competitive pricing. We decided to move forward with them and glad we did. They really took pride in their work and even did a couple bonuses to give my roof a very nice finished look.
They replaced a couple vents on the roof when they saw a issue and helped hook up my bathroom and kitchen fan instead of just covering it up.

Excellent work, always on time, and they notified me of any problems they encountered with my vintage house. The men took pride in their work - now my house looks great and no more leaking .
Also, they left my driveway and porch clean each day.

Came out in a Sunday for a quick roof repair at a rental property. Some shingles had blown off. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the Lake Villa area in need of a roofing contractor.

Fernando was very helpful and knew how to work with our insurance company to get our roof fully replaced. They also did a small siding repair for some loose siding in the back of the house.

Amazing customer service showed me the problem I had in my roof and gave me all the options I had . Thank you for your work and for working with my insurance to get my roof replaced. Excellent service!
