We worked with Tyler, he was very honest, professional, and he stayed in contact throughout the entire process. Everything went fairly smooth, and when we did have issues or questions, he was very responsive and made sure we were satisfied.
Like someone else mentioned, I don't typically trust contractors who walk up to my house, I actually turned Tyler away the first time, he came back 6 months later. I would recommend the NorthStar Contracting Group.

We worked with Evan, he was very professional and easy to work with. I don't typically trust contractors who walk up to my house, but Evan was working with a couple of my neighbours and stopped by. It turned out that Evan did a GREAT job, and I would highly recommend NorthStar Contracting Group to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Working with John Appelhanz from the Northstar Group in getting our roof replaced has been a very positive experience from start to finish. He made the whole process seem easy. He took pictures, came back and took more pictures to work with the insurance company. He oversaw the roofers and came back to check the work after completion and made sure the clean up was satisfactory. He explained everything from start to finish and answered all our questions. Very accommodating and made the whole process seem simple. Thank you John!
