HD Roofing

Based on the positive reviews, I assumed HD Roofing would be a good company to work with. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get a response for a quote to replace a roof vent. Based on the lack of response or lack of interest, I will use a different roofing contractor.

Our turbine blew completely off the roof during one of the recent strong storms. Due to physical challenges, we were unable to get up on the roof and make the repairs ourselves. Other companies would quote exorbitant prices to make the repair. Not HD Roofing!

HD Roofing came out and inspected the damage at no cost. They listened to our concerns about the project and the price. We were not seeking a brand new roof as it was not necessary. They answered all of our many questions and with patience.

They gave an honest quote for honest work. They were not pushy. Their work is solid. At the close of the project, before any invoice was produced, they double checked with us to make sure that we felt that the work was indeed complete, whether it was quality work and whether it met our standards, and then asked us whether we had any questions or concerns.

Customer service was very friendly over the phone and offered a very prompt service, which was fantastic due to the timely manner that we needed to get the house inspected prior to buying. The technician that visited the roof provided multiple pictures as well as a call to explain their findings was also super friendly and helpful, and explaining his professional opinion. Definitely do believe I will be going with them for the replacement as well!

HD Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof! Wyatt was great to work with and got everything squared away with insurance for us. It was less than a week turnaround from contacting them to the roof being installed, and they knocked it out in one day! They were very careful with the breakable things in our rock garden and moved them away from the house. They cleaned up our yard, and put everything back as it was. Highly recommend them!

I called on a Saturday. Everyone else I tried to call was not open or even answering the phone on Saturdays, that is why they got my business. They showed up on time to inspect my roof and reccomend repairs. We set a day for the repairs and once again they showed up on time and completed them. All in all it was a good experience.

Very professional. Exceptional communication. Hunter came out and looked at roof where it was leaking and gave us a detailed written estimate. The roof leak was in a difficult area to get to, but they did an excellent job making sure it wouldn't leak again. They also fixed the ceiling and wall sheetrock inside. Jay followed up multiple times to make sure everything was ok. We had a little misunderstanding about the paint, but that was also remedied immediately. I would recommend HD Roofing to anyone who needs roof work done.
