Northpoint Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

My wife bought a 2019 GMC Terrain through them in February last year. Towards the end of the summer it started leaking water through the floor boards. When we tried to get it in to address the issue they told us they didn’t have time to get us in and suggested we call around to other gmc dealerships to get it looked at. So we did and nobody had availability. Spring hit and the leaking has gotten so bad that water sprays on my wife’s feet while she drives in the rain. When trying to speak with the team at northpoint to get it fixed they tried charging me additional fees instead of standing by their vehicle they sold us and fixing something that should have been fixed before they even sold the vehicle. And after trying to speak civilly with them about why they should cover the cost their general manger became hostile and started yelling over the phone and then hung up on me. If I could give these guys zero stars I would but it’s making me give them one. When someone buys a vehicle and it has issues within the first year the dealership should stand by their sale and cover the costs not act hostile towards the customer. Every other dealership I’ve gone through has been decent enough to help with the fix even up to 2 years after the sale. I knew we shouldn’t have gone through these guys in the first place but a family member recommended them so we gave it a shot. I would not even recommend buying a pen from these guys because it would probably be out of ink before you could even finish signing the papers for it.

I am so happy with my 2024 Buick Encore purchase. Heather helped me with looking and test driving. So glad I chose North Point for my purchase.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael Stevens this weekend. We didn't have any expectations to walk out with a new vehicle but Michael was great. His meet and greet was very professional. He was good about answering questions and getting the help needed from Chris. Michael wasn't pushy but laid back and matched my husband's and mine vibe. My experience began with Ashley in financing, and she was exceptional through the entire process, Very kind, patient, and helpful. Brian in sales did a fantastic tutorial to get me acquainted with the basics and some of the sophisticated features of the vehicle. He was very supportive and would not let me leave until I was comfortable and confident in driving away in my awesome new vehicle. The general manager also provided a bonus accommodation, which I appreciated very much. I highly recommend these folks and would definitely purchase from them again

Brian worked hard for us and got us into the vehicles we wanted. Highly recommended, great staff, great service center, great atmosphere, and great cars.

My story starts back in May when I person backed in to my parked car. It was an accident and they had no malicious intent they just wasn't paying attention.

My 1st instinct was to go to a shop in my old neighborhood and have it repaired. 20/20 hindsight the quality of the paint was not impressive and when the lights were replaced they got put in upside down having me find out I had no high beams. So I brought my car to a local shop and they discovered the rubber gasket had been taken out leading to water getting in and requiring additional parts to be replaced. The rim that was replaced was not the same color so if the shop painting your car can't see colors I don't suggest expecting much.

It's November and my light worth perfect because I used this shop that takes pride in the work. There was no stress and everything is explained before anything is done.

We are strangers so do as you see fit. Since May up to November I did not have 2 working headlights because the lack of professionalism from the 1st shop. My suggestion for what it's work use these guys.

I still need to have my car get an impressive paint job. Saving money is expensive.

I haven’t had much great experiences with dealerships in the past including this one but I want to leave a solid honest review.

I walked in and had been greeted by Chris Royer, Brian Dagesse, Heather Kennison, Jenna Pingree & Ashley Royea. All great at what they do and it shows.

I had been eyeballing a Black on Black Ram 1500 Limited Crew Cab for over a month- I mean checked on the website daily even hourly, made multiple appointments for test drives, staying in the loop about the truck, other test drives people were having with it. Emailed, messaged and called multiple times a week about my savings, selling half my possessions I no longer use, doing everything I can having no co-signer, and a descent payment plan.

Everyone I dealt with- Chris, Brian, Heather, Jenna & Ashley were so kind, went above and beyond keeping me informed and what I wanted exactly. Didnt try to put me in something I didn’t want they knew exactly what I wanted and stuck with it into making it happen.

They were the best sales team getting me into my dream truck. Black on black, crew cab, practical and tasteful. I call it Boujee on a Budget!

Again; thank you Northpoint! The team I dealt with- Chris Royer, Brian Dagesse, Heather Kennison, Jenna Pingree and Ashley Royea. You ALLL contributed with your knowledge, help, did the extra and proved it.

I will recommend anyone else in future to do business with you folks specifically.

My Review TODAY (November 2024) —
I bought my Ram 1500 Limited 6 months ago and I had a great experience in the buying process with Heather Kennison, Chris Royer, Jenna Pingree & everyone that helped make it happen for me.

My truck needed some warranty work done (CV Shaft, Front Differential, Oil Pan) so I brought it up this week (Monday night) for the work to be done. We had a little hiccup in the process with parts and the quality of the work. I always heard nightmares about the Service Department but I realize every vehicle is different, every customer is different and every experience is different so I don’t let other people’s stories cloud my judgement. I brought it in again the next day after having complaints, they fixed the hiccup and made it right by going above & beyond by cleaning up my truck for me afterwards. Shayne Berube & Cody Hodge in the Service Department turned around what could have turned into a nightmare into a positive & great experience. They are very skillful, respectful & hard working guys hands down. I contacted both the gentlemen at odd hours of the night 8-10pm with complaints and they were BOTH very mindful, very respectful. They took a negative situation and turned it around to make it great again. I got a rental while they fixed my truck so Inwasnt left stranded.

I will definitely continue to doing business with these folks.

The last time I bought a new Jeep was in 2006 in North Carolina. Five years ago I moved to Newport, and when I saw the Tuscadero color on an online ad I decided it was time to upgrade. Alan and the team at Northpoint did their best to help me factory order my dream vehicle, and were very understanding when it came to how I wanted to trade in my beloved old Jeep. They made the entire process easy and fun!

This was the best, quickest, smoothest, most enjoyable car purchase I have ever made. We started the transaction from afar and came to pick up the vehicle and finish the paperwork. The vehicle was not only exactly as described, the dealership took great effort to actually call out potential flaws or blemishes so we did not arrive and be disappointed or worse. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. This dealership is nearly 3 hours from my home, but it will absolutely be my first stop the next time I make a purchase. Thank you!

Three times is definitely a charm! We are on our third super duty purchase in two years. This sales and financing staff should hold dealership training for the USA. By far, hands down, the easiest auto purchase ever! Unfortunately we are moving so our next purchase will be back to the same old grind! Oh, lets not forget the service department. Who are they? What do they do? They must be board because we have yet to have any issues! However you can be certain that they are of the same class! The management here demands this strong customer satisfaction culture!

Our salesman Alan, times three, is a perfect gentleman and extremely knowledgeable with all of the vehicle operations and features. Not to take away from the others, but when you are happy stick with what you have!

For the second time in two years we purchased a new Ram super duty truck from Northpoint. Our first experience was flawless and the sales, finance, and service team are the best! Bought my car Thursday, on Sunday my tire was a little low (assumed the heat) today I woke up and noticed it was very low. Went to Northpoint and they put air in it, then later came and picked up my car to figure out what was going on. Fixed the problem and returned my car back to me. My dogs didn’t even notice either time they showed up!

The service I received on March 5th was impeccable! John scheduled me in a timely manner, I was early for my appointment and John took me right in, done in an hour and on my way. 5 stars well deserved! I would suggest though maybe giving a complementary vehicle wash especially in the winter!

Cody is extremely good about trying to accommodate people and their schedules, he has picked up and dropped off my truck (close by Northpoint) to service it a few times. The crew is kind and courteous and everyone is always willing to help get you the answers you need.

The service was pleasant friendly and fast Jon the service writer was knowledgeable and polite. And Charlie was very helpful.
