I called to have a leak fixed in a roof that had tree damage. Very nice people on the phone and scheduled the appointment. However, they did not show up or even give a courtesy call to reschedule. I called 3 times, and each time they scheduled a repair date. No show, no call. In the meantime, all of the contents are getting ruined. Not a very nice way to do business. Shame on you.
