This summer I called Boulder Creek to inspect some recent hail damage to my property. I was referred to BC buy a neighbor who recently had a roof replacement and shared with me their entire experience was outstanding.
I made a call to BC and was immediately connected with Mason who ultimately became my Project Manager.
Mason, acting on behalf of BC was top notch!! Mason oversaw every aspect of repairs from the initial site inspection to meeting on-site with the insurance adjustor, working through an initial decline from the insurance company and ultimately determining steps we needed to take to get all repairs approved. Mason knew every step of the process and his ability to communicate with me as the homeowner exceeded my expectations. I was blown away when Mason would take time to communicate potential issues in case they would come up and how we would be prepared to address them if needed.
Mason led the repair of five different shingled structures on my property and two large buildings with metal roofs. There was never a window of 48 hours where I didn’t receive an update on progress or next steps. The communication was outstanding!

He didn’t just send a crew and leave a mess, he walked us through the entire process and showed up a few times throughout to make sure everything was getting done properly. He also navigated our claim for us and got maximum reimbursement! Would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any project.

Boulder Creek Construction (BCC) recently replaced an awning window for our basement that kept flooding. Our home definitely had some challenges, but Derrick and Corey came right on-site within less than 24 hours to problem solve other ways to mitigate an area that was prone to standing water. Derrick was always easy to talk to and you can tell he cares deeply about making sure things were explained and that we were satisfied.

BCC also provided a whole roof, skylight, gutter, and downspout replacement through insurance claim. Kate was very easy to work with and knowledgeable regarding the claims check. The installers were professional, timely, and cleaned up great. Derrick was always communicating to make sure the different jobs went smoothly.

The roofing crew got my house roof done along with garage in a day. The crew came over removed the old shingles, and installed new shingles. They were done by 6pm. The yard was clean and the perineal plants around the house were happy.

The gutter crew that came next were just as good. I barely got to shake the crews hand and do a bit of yard work. And they were done and on to the next job. With no mess to pick up.

I have to say Jake and Boulder Creek was great to work with. They made the impossible actually possible. What I mean about that is when I met with Jake on July 18 first time. He was able to get my roof installed before my August 11 deadline for my roof claim. I had my claimed approved on August 8 and the roof was installed on August 10. He helped every step of the way. There was great communication between us. Plus the quality of work done was awesome. They had showed up on a Saturday at 7:30am and by 12:30pm. So in 5 hours it was all done. The materials used were all great quality. I would highly recommend Jake and Boulder Creek to every one.

UPDATE (06/27/24):
After reading our update from 06/16, Boulder Creek promptly reached out to us. They explained some internal communication issues they’ve had regarding our job and scheduled a quick fix to remedy the situation. While we appreciate the issue being resolved, it is still concerning that they were unresponsive to multiple voicemails left at their primary listed number and that it took a Google review to get their attention. They ultimately did a good job with the repairs and hopefully have fixed their internal issues.

UPDATE (06/16/24):
After a great first experience with them, we have had nothing but issues. There was interior damage due to some of the roofing nails that we noticed during the winter. After calling and having someone come out in February, we were told it was a quick fix (no more than 2 hours) and they’d come out to fix it the next week. Multiple calls and multiple months later and it’s still not fixed. We have been promised “next week” and even set dates/times on multiple occasions with no follow-up communication and no one showing up. When we try to call after a no-show, we can’t get through to anyone. It’s now mid-June and it’s still not fixed.

We recently used this company to have our roof replaced. Tyler was very professional and helped us through each step of the process. As new home owners, we appreciated the communication and advice as we figured out the insurance process. Not only did they do a wonderful job but they actually got it done sooner than originally quoted.
