Northern Roof Systems

Nick and company did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. They were punctual, professional and there were no surprises when we got the invoice after the job. They even installed roof anchors for us at no extra charge and worked with us throughout the whole process to insure that our attic would vent properly.

BE WARNED! THIS ROOFER DOES NOT WARRANTY THEIR REPAIRS! At least, not in my case. We had two men come over to replace about 20 singles after a wind storm. The crew was polite. They worked for an 90 minutes and charged $945 for the repairs to the roof. I immediately paid the bill once I got it. Skip ahead 5 weeks later and my neighboor noticed five singles that were recently placed by Northern Roof Systems had come loose from the exact area that the recent repairs were made. Seems like the adhesive they used to attach the shingles did not hold. I asked if Northern Roof Systems could send someone out to my home within the week and honor the work they did just five weeks prior by reattaching the very shingles they replaced. After calling them twice, I finally got a call back from the owner himself six days later. I explained to him that the repair work his company recently performed did not hold up. I stated that shingles from their repairs had become dislodged from the roof, the exact area of God company's previous repair. I was then told by the owner that they DO NOT WARRANTY their repair jobs, only new roofs they install.

He then offered to send a crew out to my house to do the repair on their previous botched repairs but, at additional cost. I was told that he would charge me a minimum of $300, just for coming over to the house plus the cost of a two man crew to do the work. I then asked him to give a very "rough estimate" to simply reattached approximately five loose shingles which they installed prior. He said he would not. Instead, he told me that if I wanted an estimate, that I should call someone else and maybe they would be willing to come over, take a look,, and give me a quote. Folks, carefully consider if you want this roofing company to do any roofing work on your property. In my opinion, any one who does not honor the quality of what he builds or repairs, cares little in the quality of the work he does.

Nick is great to work with. The crew showed up when they said they would, did an excellent job on our roof and left the place cleaner than before. Highly recommended if you need anything roofing related. Thanks nick and crew!
