Called requesting estimate for window and door replacement after finding their ad on google search Greg came 9/11/17 and spent almost an hour measuring each one, gave opinion on replacement vendors, promising bid by 9/15/17. Today is 9/25 and I never received bid, phone call or anything--never heard another word from them???
