Great experience with Northern Builders and the whole team led by Dave, Chris and Tyler. They worked with me on creating our vision and were open to making tweaks along the way while staying on schedule and budget. Ended up with a beautiful home we hope to enjoy for years to come. The crew worked very hard in brutally hot conditions to replace our roof in July. They were there at the crack of dawn and always left the workplace neat at the end of their day. Our roof is very complex with three chimneys and lots of valleys and angles. They were very meticulous, did just one section at a time, and used extra waterproofing membrane in all the vulnerable spots because we have had ice damming problems in the past. We are very happy with their work and felt their price was more than fair.
