Northeast Home and Energy replaced our roof last week.
It was a great experience! The crew was amazingly hard working, professional and serious about their work!
On day one they put up a huge barrier net to keep all roof debris off our house. Ground helpers used wheel barrels to dispose of all roof material into a dumpster which was delivered the previous day. They left the yard and driveway neat and clean including picking up old nails. We’re So impressed with the job they did!
Richard was in touch throughout the entire process and oversaw the job from start to finish. We couldn’t be more pleased! Everyone, and I mean everyone, couldn’t have been any nicer!
Do yourself a favor and use Northeast… you’ll be glad you did!

NE Home & Energy provided insulation and a new roof at my 110 year old house in the last half on 2020. I am a commercial construction project manager and the work they performed was very very good in quality, workmanship and professionalism and met all my expectations. But what was even better than the installation and worthy of a 5 Star Rating, was that last month, 3 years after the initial installation, we noticed a small drip in a ceiling directly below the new roof, and when I contacted NE Home & Energy about the drip, they didn't argue or question or make excuses but they came over to inspect the roof with me and made the warranty repairs in less than an hour. I am not use to great service like that in the construction and remodel industry (or any industry or service provider for that matter) and I wanted to share that experience for others.
