Chris from Northeast Maintenance Services has been cleaning my gutters for several years. He is always reliable. Because he has many customers during the busy fall season, it is good to email or call with requests (like I request that Chris comes late in the fall because an oak tree near drops its leaves very late). He and his admin assistant are always very responsive.

Northeast Maintenance cleaned the gutters on our house this fall and they did a nice job, and cleaned up after they were finished. This is the second time we've had them do this for us and I highly recommend them. They cleaned the gutters and sent us a report afterwards, letting us know of other issues they noticed while they were doing the work.

How lucky were we to find Chris, and his crew, of Northeast Maintenance Services. Right up front, we found a company that is reliable, true to their word, easy to contact, and follows through with the task at hand, as true professionals. From talking on the phone to making an appointment for service, to the final cleanup of the project at hand, the friendliness and professionalism of this company shines through.

Chris just fit us into his busy schedule to clean our gutters and roof. In addition, he took the time to answer questions about future projects we would like to have done around the house, and fixed an existing problem on the spot. He went over and beyond what we expected, and it was refreshing to find someone so competent, as well as kind. We would highly recommend him and his company for the jobs specified on the Northeast Maintenance Services website. We will definitely ask him to return to complete jobs on our house in the future.

We have been using Northeast Maintenance for several years now for gutter cleaning and maintenance and they have always done a fantastic job. The cost is reasonable. I like that they provide lots of pictures of the gutters so you can actually see what’s going on up there and how they look. We really appreciate the great service they provide.

Northeast maintenance does a great job. We've used them for gutters and window cleaning and they are always thorough and also thoughtful. They always get the downspouts and gutters fully clear and will come back readily if there is any issue, and the windows are always sparkling clean. You may have to wait a bit to get on their schedule, but it's well worth it.

Northeast Maintenance does an excellent job cleaning my gutters twice a year and also has notified me if there is any problem area on the roof and gutters that may need my attention. This has included photos of the area of concern. They are also excellent at addressing any concerns or question I myself have and will schedule a home visit shortly thereafter to address my concern or question.

The work provided by the crew at Northwest Maintenance Services was outstanding. It was next day service after I phoned that they arrived to clean both the inside and outside gutters of my Colonial House. They not only clean those gutters I identified but went beyond following approval to clean additional lower level gutters along the garage within the original estimated cost. The quality of work was excellent. I look forward to request their help in the future when I have house work that I cannot effectively do myself. Highly recommend them for services around the house.

Northeast maintenance was referred by our previous owners. They are by far the best team we've had. Their office staff are very responsive (I mean they would email me back 10 o'clock at night. I haven't seen this level of responsiveness in any other service we had). Chris, their owner, keeps his words and does an excellent job. I am impressed by Northeast Maintenance Services. My gutter downspout was clogged which caused water problem. After learning the urgency of the matter, Chris came and cleaned the gutter ahead of next day’s rain storm. During the visit, Chris thoroughly cleaned the gutter, and tested the downspout to ensure that the issue was addressed. After the rainstorm, Chris followed up with me to make sure that everything’s okay. I highly recommend Northeast Maintenance Services, the business model is truly customer focused and Chris really went above and beyond servicing his clients.

Chris cleaned our gutters, installed baffles in the attic (a nasty, hot job), and has referred us to an excellent carpenter to box in HVAC piping and install boxes on the front of our house for sconces. I highly recommend Northeast Maintenance. I dealt with Chris, who was able to identify possible sources of a leak I had. He took pictures while up on my roof to show me what needed to be fixed. Within 2 hours he completed the job and identified some other maintenance issues he noticed. I found him very knowledgeable, experienced and thorough.

We have used Chris and his team over the past several years to clean out our gutters in late Fall / early Winter. Although he is extremely busy during this time of year, he always completes the job with high quality results. We most recently asked Chris to re-attach a downspout that had become disconnected during a high wind storm and to patch a hole between our gutter / soffit where birds had been nesting. He completed the job the same day, showing up after work (in the dark) to take care of our issues. My parents recently used Chris to power wash their house and the results were impressive - looked like a new house!

I've hired Northeast Maintenance Services for several jobs over the years with the longest running service being annual gutter cleaning, which Chris has performed for 13 years over the two houses we have owned. Chris is communicative, respectful of the property, fair priced, and a pleasant professional. We plan to continue to hire Chris for our gutter cleaning for as long as he'll have us as customers.

We also hired Northeast Maintenance Services for exterior house painting. We were pleased that his team executed the job in a timely manner and did the job with brush painting (over spray painting).

Northeast Maintenance does my gutters every year, and this spring I also asked Chris to help with some interior repairs - we had two closets taken out several years ago but the wall was never properly closed up and smoothed over. They did a great job repairing the plaster and the drywall for us.

We were so satisfied with their gutter cleaning service that we hired them for window cleaning, and then, we were so happy with the windows that we hired them for grouting cleaning, caulking, and some exterior trim replacement. Their pricing was very competitive, the workers all are professional and pleasant, and the work has been excellent.

I have used Northeast Maintenance for several years to clean my gutters. When I speak with Chris, the owner, I feel like I am speaking with an old friend. He always does his best to be sure that the customer is satisfied with the work that has been done, and, if not, he or his workers will return to fix the problem.

Chris recently cleaned our gutters and washed our screened porch (and furniture), and he and his crew soft washed our roof, removing the moss, algae and lichen. He did a really nice job. The porch and roof look fantastic and the gutters are free flowing again! Chris was very responsive and kept us informed as to when he would show up. He was careful and cleaned up after his work was done.

Chris and his team have cleaned my gutters twice so far. The first time, Chris did the work himself. The second time, he sent a couple of people from his crew who were courteous, fast and explained the process well. They found areas of my gutter guard that were warped and ineffective and let Chris know. He came out to inspect the section himself and agreed the guard sections needed to be removed, but also said there was no need to replace them. He let me know what to look for during rainstorms to detect underlying issues, but saw none himself at that time. I trust Chris and his team to keep my gutters clear, but also to examine the roof, gutters and downspouts to avoid water issues. Highly recommended!
