Don and Dana came out to give us an estimate on some shingles that was hanging off our roof. Don repaired our shingles with no cost, They gave us good recommendations to follow up on to protect us in the future. You know this is Texas and we are full of storms, tornadoes, especially that dang hail. We highly recommend this company not because there was not a charge, for their honesty and transparency. North Texas A2Z is really good. While getting married Dana, Don, & son Cole come to my house to lookat & discuss the job. First off I like that they don't post non-existent offices like many roofers do. When it comes to the job, they take my concerns seriously. (They agree to try out, with good results, my suggestion to add vent hood units for long term leakage preventions). They took time to look at both my current claim and my ins policy. Working with my insurer over 30 days through the holiday season, they firmed up the materials, costs, ins reimbursements, as well offered advices to me on ins policy choices. They arranged for the job to take the earliest weather window. Their work team of ~10 roofers is first rate. Courteous, competent, take care of your yard, complete job & clean up in 10hrs. (My house is average high-roof). Their gutters installation 2 worker team is also good, did excellent job 5 days after roof. I highly recommend North Texas A2Z to any homeowners.
