Ryan was a pleasant and competent technician and had my job (bathroom sink faucet replacement) completed less than 24 hours after I made the appointment.

The plumber dispatched did not text his arrival or introduce himself at the door. Although we purchased the Professional Maintenance Service, almost none of the checklist was completed. Our bill was not itemized for labor, parts or broken out into the three different tasks completed. One item was added to sanitize the RO system which was not approved. We still have issues with water drainage. Questions asked have not been answered adequately by the GM.

Our technician, Ryan, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He texted to let us know when he was on his way, arrived on time, and took more than the usual time to explain to us what needed to be done and what are options were. He was very patient and thorough. I would highly recommend iPlumbAZ . I have been using this company for many years in several of the houses I manage as well as my own. They have always been dependable, courteous, and competitively priced. When Ryan returned to do the scheduled work we agreed on, he went above and beyond in fixing all the issues, in a thorough and efficient manner. A well run company with courteous, efficient techs.

They were sent a work order by my home warranty company and I paid trade call fee on the spot. Plumber they sent out "misdiagnosed" the issue and when my home warranty company rejected the order, this company called me offering to fix the issue for over $400. I passed and ended up paying a plumber out of pocket (who confirmed the issue was something my home warranty company would have covered), costing me much less than what I Plumb wanted. They then never reported to the home warranty company that I paid the trade call fee, so I keep getting past due notices with threats to send the bill to a collections agency and cancel my warranty. Based on this experience, it's hard to not conclude they are scammers.

IPlumb came out to review problems another plumbing co had found. They found that 2 of the 3 were bogus. It was a surprise and I am very happy they came. Saved me a lot of money!

Mike Lopez did an outstanding job on our slab leak in the middle of our kitchen island. The project was extremely difficult to complete and he knew exactly how to repair the underground water leak.
Mike also replaced our instant hot water heater the previous month. Outstanding customer service and workmanship.

Very pleased with Ryan from iplumbaz: responded quickly, understood the problem and suggested steps to point the source of the leak. Had to make a cutout in dry wall, then a 2nd one and persistently use a camera to locate the leak. Repair of Pex T performed, work site was cleaned after verifying repair was free of leak. Ryan was very informative, worked efficiently and suggested course of action for drying out the carpet area that was soggy. Would definitely recommend Ryan and iplumbaz services.

Stephen came to give me a quote on adding a water line with a shut off valve at the house. He was very professional and well informed. I am deciding whether to move forward with the project due to the cost.

My plumbing technician Chris Swanson was wonderful. My previous technician had been awesome and I was a little apprehensive about a new guy but the office swore I would love him and I did. Polite and energetic, I liked him right away. And he knew his stuff too. Did the annual inspection and showed me what he found and what he recommended was ready for replacement. I had the utmost confidence in his review. Hope to get him assigned to my sister’s house next. I will definitely ask for him again.

Immediate response to water emergency. Plumber was on site in about 1 hour. Diagnosed and resolved problem promptly and helped arrange a restoration team within several hours, preventing further damage. Excellent service.

Zero stars for Stephen Walling the rep that arrived and advised I would need to pay a total of $2,300+ for warranty work on a failed water heater and that I needed a PVR installed. 5 stars for Justin Mendez the installer who helped resolve and install the failed water heater who went above and beyond to get in contact with Dylan the GM to resolve the issues . Seems like Stephen was just out for a commission and not true customer service . Everyone else was very nice and helpful including the office staff.

They were very helpful and didn’t even charge me for the visit since it was a septic issue. Gave a great recommendation for a septic pump too.

Richard was very considerate and careful of our home in every way. He was also considered of our wishes with this service.

The plumbing issue wasn’t one that was resolved by service, but Dillon did give me good information on plumbing maintenance.

Mike was really helpful! Properly diagnosed the situation and resolved it. Looking to working with this company in the future.

Dillon did a great job coming in and quickly able to discern the source of the problem and correct the situation and make suggestions to changes in plumbing that would help to avoid the situation in the future.
