Patrick is very conscientious and thorough with his work. I had him paint kitchen cabinets which is very tedious and easy to mess up. He took them apart and organized them so that they would all go back exactly where they came from and kept the brackets organized so they would do the same. This care that he took prevented the cabinets and brackets from being misaligned. The paint job was perfect and looked fabulous. He also raised my curtain rods and fixed my front door frame. He left the home as he found it, leaving me with no mess to clean. Highly recomend. He is super nice and shows up when he says he will!

I recently had Patrick in my home to connect & trouble shoot a washing machine that continually leaked. A rare breed in this day & age- as he took his time , figured out what he had to do & customized a fitting to make it work . He's extremely thorough & conscientious all at a very reasonable price. You will NOT regret hiring this guy.. 5 Stars !

Pat Fearick (North Jersey Home Maintenance) was hired to do some exterior work on my house, such as repairing cedar siding, installing a gutter, re-building the rotted out header over my garage door, etc. He arrived promptly at 8am both days that he was here, offered competitive rates, and worked diligently (and quietly) all day long. He was friendly, tenacious, and respectful of the house. I am pleased with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to hire him again in the future. Patrick came 2 days after I called him. He installed sheet vinyl in an extremely small bathroom space doing a complete installation. It looks amazing!! I absolutely love my bathroom now. He’s efficient, thorough, meticulous, cleans when finished and is a truly amazing craftsman. I can’t say enough about his fantastic workmanship oh —- the price was also terrific.

Patrick did a terrific job installing a fan, light fixture, outside stair posts and railing and repairing a porch screen. All in just 3 hours. Professional, efficient service! What else could you ask for in a handyman.
