I was referred to Keith by my sister-in-law who was pleased with his past services. He responded promptly to my call for service on my A/C. He came on AUG 11TH, said the compressor was bad and I needed a new unit. I paid him $1900 in advance to order the new A/C and was to pay the remaining balance at installation. He was to return the following week to install it. He didn't show up, nor answered my calls. Two days later, his wife texted me that Keith had an accident, ended up in a retention pond, lost his phone in the accident, and was to get out of the hospital that day. I have not heard from Keith or his wife since then. Neither answer phone calls or return messages. Now both voicemail boxes are full. It looks like in some of the recent reviews posted that he or his office is in contact with some clients, so he must still be doing business. I would NOT recommend his services at this time and strongly suggest NOT paying anything in advance.
I had work done on my unit by Keith's company and as you would think everything started ok, we had our roof done, brakes done, and an inspection, totaling over 3K, I am very confused with this company and the owner's attention to detail and communication. the staff that he sent out was not trained nor did he complete the work that was paid for. He requested the money up front before the work to be done. The communication was spotty, and he seemed to be overwhelmed with his duties and was not responsive to the needs that his staff caused. Keith did not avoid a phone call but said one thing and did another. Below you will see the pictures of the brakes that were paid for and not complete. one set on the left side did not even get touched but charged for all four. The roof was done by two staff members that caused many issues. Keith did say he would come back and fix things but due to the fact he had broken our trust with our 2019 5th wheel I became upset by his lack of concern for our Coach. I was scheduled for a 3300 mi. trip in June and when I took it in for tires, I discovered the job was half done. WOW. he told me when I got back, he would get with me and correct the problem and he has still not communicated as of 9-1-2023. I am so frustrated about this and the loss of money. I would at this point not recommend him for any work. The pictures are a representative of the issues that are still in place and need to be addressed. I believe Keith has the experience, but he does not know how to follow up with his customers and gets overwhelmed. I have text him, tried to call him but it seems he has changed his number. Not a happy customer.
Main issues
1. Broken plug, he did replace.
2. Brakes were not serviced completely.
3. Sloppy roof paint job either too heavy in places or not enough in others and splattered all over covers, lights, down the side and awning as you will see.
4. Cover on AC was removed, left off for a few days and it rained,
5. His workers came back to try and clean it but made it worse.
My original post on this site showed I was happy but after finding out the issues my position changed.
Much more could be said.
Ugh.
I was asked to update my review once it was made right as I requested a refund... No refund was issued and because all the rescheduling took over 90days from the original payment the fraude department of my bank can't do anything for me either!
I called and had my RV checked out In April 2023, I was told that I needed my black water tank needed replaced which is what I expected. I payed upfront so that the pieces could get ordered. After 3 months of waiting and rescheduling to get them back out to get my tank fixed I asked for a refund. Here it is mid July and I still haven't gotten a refund and the number has been disconnected. I am in the process of filing a fraud complaint with my bank to hopefully get my money back.
This is by far the worst communication and service I have ever experienced!
