Hagan Ace Hardware

A store employee a older man, was super helpful, it was busy at the counter to pay, they should have someone set aside to help at register when busy.

Once or twice a year, I travel several hours to shop for plants at Hagen Ace Hardware. Their plants are very healthy and their prices are better than anywhere else I've found. Taylor was very knowledgeable about the different types of fruit trees and she was very nice and helpful. Definitely worth the trip from Tallahassee!

Completely non family friendly environment management will follow you and your children around making sure they don't touch anything. Even though there are knick knacks and things displayed at toddler heights all over the entire store like idiots. Then will yell at you and your child if they do. And get their feelings hurt when you stand up for yourself and your kids guarantee they won't do that in the street! Not Never! Trip to the hardware store used to be fun for young boys Don't do it here and spend your money at one of the others. Nothing but absolute trash for management! My child is not your damn problem and how dare you say anything whatever he does is my problem and my business he breaks something I'll take care of it I can afford it unlike you still working in your '70s lol what a joke on a power trip

It was great the Lady in the garden center help me to find what I was looking for. And I didn't have a hard time.

This store is amazing! Basically a small academy sports mixed with a Home Depot. And the staff is amazing. Jen in the garden department helped me get a generator right before the storm came and Lenard helped me talk thru some wiring. Thank you Hagan ace!

I went in here after Hurricane Helene and despite them having no lights they were still open. I give the whole staff a 20 out of 10. The employees walked you to the isles where you needed to go. Kudos to the management for making it possible to get needs after a storm.

Friendly staff and lots to see inside and out. Free popcorn machine. The garden cat was a fun bonus! I found so many healthy and unusual plants. The garden center was my favorite!

These folks are very helpful. Ace is a little pricey but if you are working a project you can't beet the experience to help you get it done. This time it was plumbing for me.

I love this store! I shop here for plants and flowers. Everything is always healthy looking and the prices are reasonable. The yard center is so nicely arranged and it’s always a pleasant experience to go there.

Everyone is really nice and welcoming, james helped me with my plumbing issue, the red haired cashier May was awesome and helped me with my coupons

Clean store with friendly staff. I frequently buy my propane here. I do wish they sold propane by the gallon like other places instead of by the size of your tank.

This was my 2nd trip. I bought heater pipe and was sold the wrong size so I was returning it. Cashier wasn't very nice told me to go grab the right size and come back, I did, got to register and instiof doing an exchange they did a refund then sold me the new pipe the younger cashier had no clue how to do this and the older grouchy cashier had to help and she was agitated and borderline rude. The refund took a couple days to post back in my account so I had to tie up more money to pay for the new purchase. That could have been avoided by doing an exchange. Just lucky I had an extra hundred bucks on me or I'd have had a problem. I'll get my pipe elsewhere next time.

This place is awesome....they will go out of their way to help....even going the extra mile....I am forever in their debt.God Bless

Always great and friendly staff!! Barbara at the register is awesome! Leonard is a great manager, always busy doing what he can to help! Let me just say, this store and staff is just fabulous!!!

This is my favorite Hardware store! I recently installed a well pump that I purchased from here. They have knowledgeable in-store help and all the fittings and supplies that I needed . They have a wonderful garden center. They sell all sorts of ornamental plants and trees. They have an indoor Woodyard and the guys will load it in your vehicle

I'm almost in this place more than I'm in my yard.. come to think of it, I didn't go today.. They probably miss me

Well stocked store with great prices and friendly staff. If there's anything you need, most likely... they have it... great garden of plants and flowers to choose from too.
