I've had my Taurus for over 3 years now. And I found that going to other places they just don't do the good job that Noller Ford does. Keep up the good work Noller Ford mechanics I'll give you 4 1/2 stars. Maybe you will get 5 star's from me next time.

Had to get my car’s battery replaced and Chad had me in and out in less than an hour!! Amazing team!

Chris worked hard to get our RV in and get it looked at quickly but the tech that looked at it was not very knowledgeable and ultimately did not repair the issue, later after I picked it up my shop mechanic came out and looked at it and found the ac compressor was locked up, I feel that any competent mechanic should have been able to figure that out. 3 stars for being able to get me right in, but I would not return because I don’t feel confident in their techs.

They are the best place to go to get your cars, trucks, SUV, and RV's fixed on or oil change's. They are nice and so understanding. You can watch them fix on your cars because their Waiting area has a big window so you can see everything they are doing to you car. They explain everything to you. And I'm a very picky person and I will only let them fix on car.

We are on a cross-country RV trip and our F350 lost power. Called Laird Noller Ford and they transferred us to the Truck And RV Service Center. Kelly was a great help getting a tech arranged to look at the truck. We arrived, dropped the RV, and they got it right in the shop. We were back on the road in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend the Laird Noller Truck And RV Center if you are having Truck issues when passing through the area.

Chad was very helpful in getting us scheduled, and they did the work in a timely manner. He also scheduled and delivered our motorhome to their RV service center for de winterizing and roof maintenance.

Great atmosphere, the advisors are so helpful and always love to help and answer questions for you! Fantastic service, quick in and out services and would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Laird Noller Commercial Truck Center. They are dedicated to quality work and great customer service. Nicole, my service writer, kept me updated on the repair progress with phone calls and text messages. I will continue to take my RV there when repairs are needed.

Pet friendly, very professional, nice waiting area. Had my Thor 32 ft quantum aligned. They covered my seats and floor so everything was protected.

These guys are LIFESAVERS! I was driving home across the country in my RV (van) for a family emergency and my alternator started to die. I literally limped into the shop, battery was so low I had to turn my headlights off before the sun was up. They said they were booked until next week but when they could see the distress with my family emergency they figured a way to fit me in. Not only good service but people who care! Thank you Laird Noller!

I can highly recommend Laird Noller Truck & RV Service Center. My wife and I were on a cross-country RV trip when the check engine light came on in our camper indicating an engine cylinder misfire was occurring. With the engine performing poorly I called ahead and spoke to Nicole who said she would do her best to fit us in when we arrived. Shortly after arriving, she had one of the technicians, Wes, troubleshoot our problem. Wes very quickly determined that we had three bad spark plug wires and that they had compatible wires in stock. Within an hour he had the wires replaced. Problem solved. I want to thank both Nicole and Wes for taking such great care of us and getting us back on the road!

Had a leak in our new camper and they handled all the paperwork for warranty and did a great job at the repair.

Never again will I go to Ford!!. This place didn't fix my van and and said I needed a new engine....gave me a crazy price of 11k and to top it off charged me $400 so they can put it in the back lot for 2 days......just insane. Sooo I took it to another place they fixed for 300....new engine.....yeah right....I'm contacting the BBB on this one for fraud in process.......keep clear of this place...omg!!!

Such great company.Even they did not get any business from my motorhome. The boss answered my every question and guided me to find right stores to buy the sewer hoses and brushes. He also had his employee to help us driving through the parking lots. I highly recommend the RV owner to come this company to repair your RVs.

Don’t waste your time or money. Liars - we had an 8am appointment for our RV and was told it would take 45 minutes. Called morning and afternoon for 3 days. One time they said it was next in line for the bay and 24 hours later when we called they said it was in the bay. Which was another lie because we drove by and it was still sitting. Corporate vehicles were being placed ahead of ours while they lied for 3 days. It severely impacted plans we had made. We had called a week ahead and made an appointment. Price was 3x what they quoted. Just be honest folks then I can decide whether I want to do business with you. Ridiculously poor experience. And I don’t want a response from Laird about how you want to make it right. You had every opportunity for 3 days and you lied.
UPDATE - Although they responded here, we still haven’t heard from them. And the belt they needed that would take 7 days was readily available at Napa. SMH

Horrible service and their staff doesnt even know the Ford service increments, even though they are a Ford service center. Had special for $29.95 oil change on my 2022 vehicle and made appointment ahead of time. Took close to an hour and a half to do service, then they charged way more than the advertised special and had various claims as to why this was the case. They also put down it was due for next service at 1/2 the manufacturer guidelines on a hybrid vehicle, which is crazy being a Ford brand service and it was a Ford manufacturer guideline. Clearly the staff has no regards for customers times, isnt 100% truthful on advertising costs, and staff doesnt know the manufacturer recommendations for the vehicles they service. Will not be bringing any of my vehicles into this brand for any service, parts, or sales again since clearly the Laird Noller brand doesnt care about its customers and simply is taking advantage of them for more money.

Follow up: After over a month and a half, still no contact from Service Manager about their false statements regarding FORD guidelines on a brand new vehicle and this dealerships suggestions for service to maintain warranty. They either clearly do not now Ford products and guidelines...or they are ignoring them and giving customers false information in order to get unnecessary services and fees out of customers. Either way, it spells bad news for customers and everyone should avoid this dealership network if this is their business model and acceptable behavior of their staff.

Great service- fast, efficient, and friendly! Colby Speck arranged service to my home and Billy came out and had my daughter’s car running again within about 15 minutes (it needed a new battery). I will use the mobile service in the future when needed- highly recommend!

Oil change and added air lift bags to rear axle. Big improvement in handling. Thanks Adrian and crew. Good job.

We will never take our trucks to this shop again. We were told to be there at 7am with both of our trucks. They didn't even pull our trucks in until close to 8:15am. While we were waiting, they asked if we wanted the fuel filters changed on the trucks without telling us how much it was going to cost. We were quoted $120-130 for each truck, which was accurate. However, when the trucks were FINALLY done almost 4 HOURS LATER, we ended up paying a little over $1100 for the two trucks. They didn't even reset the filter lights in the trucks. We will never recommend our customers to use this shop ever again.

Took my truck to these guys for a diagnosis because i was having some issues with my lights. I was charged $160 and they sent me home with no answers and no diag. Came home and spent a little time on it and got it working again. Come to find out it was a $1 fuse. Never again
