Armando and his crew did an amazing job on my siding; they were done in one day! Armando is very knowledgeable regarding the siding products and gave me great advice on my project. We added Fanfold and wrap to make my home more energy efficient (I already notice the difference).
His crew did a good job cleaning up and I really appreciate Armando's follow-up to make sure I am happy. I am very happy!

Unfortunately my insurance did not approve a full roof replacement, but he was more than willing to come at my place with the insurance adjuster, and be present during the inspection from the insurance company. Can't recommend them enough!

I could not have been more pleased with my experience with No. 1 Exteriors!! Storm damage led me to contacting several contractors and No. 1 Exteriors was at the top of this list, in regards to being thorough as well as competitive pricing. Armando was prompt for every single meeting we had and there were several. He even made an unplanned quick trip to my home to assist me with additional pictures for the insurance company. They bid siding, gutters and a new roof and completed all three. They went above and beyond in locating the siding to match the existing siding. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and am very pleased with their ability to get the job done in advance of winter and cold temps. - Throughout the entire process, Armando and Brenda were punctual, responsive, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
- At our first inspection, Armando took detailed notes and pictures of all my damage, then helped talk me through the process of contacting my insurance.
- Armando offered to meet with my insurance adjuster and walk the roof with him, helping point out the areas of damage he found.
- Brenda and Armando immediately walked me through my options, set up my service dates and gave me details of how the process would go.
- All services were performed extremely quickly and at the exact time promised. Armando took photos throughout the roof/gutter replacement and uploaded them to a portal online so that I could see the progress and the final result.
- Armando was extremely attentive to details and made sure every single shingle looked correct. He was present during and after the installation, checked in with me often, and answered all my questions.
- No. 1 Exteriors utilized texts for alerts and an online payment system that made the process so much easier.

No 1 Exteriors superseded our expectations. We were discouraged with other offers for siding and gutters until them. They were quick to give us a vision and an amazing price. With an older farmhouse, there are often structural issues. There kept us informed and transformed our house! Thank you all for this beautiful home!

I contacted No1 Exteriors after seeing them working on another home in our neighborhood. Our house is 20+ years old and the original gutters were sagging, loose and leaking. They responded within one day then scheduled an on-site inspection at my convenience. When it came time to do the job they arrived on time, took extra time to answer my questions and show me how they do the work, cleaned up everything afterwards and finished in one day. From start to finish, Brenda, Maria, Jose and Luis were great to work with. I highly recommend No 1 Exteriors.

I contacted No. 1 about gutters for my inlaw's cabin, and they immediately came out with a quote and presented options for colors and installation. And the following week, all of the work was done! Jose and his partner were very professional and did good but quick work and cleaned up. Highly recommend! And paying half up front and the rest later all online was easy.
