I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews. And honestly I’m not sure they even matter to some people. With all the 5 star reviews they have, I am honestly surprised that I have to do this in the first place. We had King Kong come out to replace two skylights on a home that we recently purchased. We were told that our original skylights were no longer available (which is totally understandable) our house is 30 years old. Our old skylights were trimmed out and finished in. When they installed the new one there was no trim work and they did not put any on. I also notice that the shingles they used for the patch were a totally different family of color than our roof is now. The current roof is ten years old so there will be some color fade…..but they put tan shingles on a gray roof. I called and they did send out a worker to put up trim in the skylights but you can see the work that was done. I can LITERALLY PUT MY FINGER INTO OUR ATTIC IN TWO DIFFERENT PLACES. (See pics) Allowing insects to come in freely. NO CAULKING WAS DONE. NO ISLALTION WAS USED TO FILL IN THE GAPS. Brian did come out and agreed that the color should have been matched better and that the trim work needs to be redone properly. Brian is having some health issues and I completely understand but I was told 7-10 days. It now been over three weeks and I’ve had to call to see what’s going on. During the waiting period I’ve become very uncomfortable with the quality of work provided and have concern of leaks starting after they tear out the shingles they put on and then try to redo it. I asked Brian for a break down of the cost of the skylights and he has refused. I AM PURSUING OTHER OPTIONS TO GET SOME OR ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. I just wanted people to be aware of the work I received. We paid for Materials up front and the remainder at completion. I was not home when they were finished and should have waited till I was able to inspect before paying. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM KING KONG ROOFING!
After having had a very disappointing experience with a different roofing company, we were told about King Kong Roofing. We called and a service guy came out the next day. He was kind, clean cut, and professional. Our quote was available within a few days and work began about a week later. The guys found some rotten wood and did what needed to be done to fix it… all while we were experiencing some snowfall. We have only good things to say about this company, especially Bethany. Kind, courteous, professional, and flexible. Thank you King Kong Roofing!

They not only replaced the roof with shingles on our 2 story garage, they replaced all the decking, repaired upstairs flooring where it was damaged and the damaged rafters. Then they cleaned up the upstairs and all the grounds until spotless. Very highly recommend King Kong roofing! Jerry and Susan Jones
