Very bad customer service. I called to have someone come out to do a small repair. I asked a man named Mark and explained to him what I needed. He said he would have a technician call me back right away. No one called. About 2 hrs later, I called again and spoke to Mark. He didn't give me an explanation of why the tech didn't call. He said that he would come by tomorrow between 11:00 and 1:00. I waited till 12:50, then I called again. I was told that a technician would call me in a few minutes.
5 mins later, the same woman I spoke to on the phone called me back, and said that they don't have anyone who could help me. I asked if she meant right now or at all. She said they don't have anyone to send. I asked again what she meant, and she just said we can't help you. So I wasted a day and a half thinking that they where coming. I will never use this company or ever recommend them to anyone

NJ Roofers roofing crew is wonderful to work with and gets the job done quickly and effectively. When I had a problem with the rooftop, the staff was always pleasant and helpful in suggesting alternatives. As a result, I am convinced that the service will be beneficial to me in the future.
