I've worked with a lot of contractors over my years and I mean a lot. I've also done plenty of my own work and GC'd a few projects, so that said, I'm aware of what's involved and what is good work at the end of it all but that all starts with good and skilled "labor". So, I'm glad to have met Luis and by chance. He was fair in a labor only price for my roof needs, he was nice enough to work with me and being on a smaller budget. We agreed on a fair number and he sent his diligent crew soon after to install my supplied materials. All went well and he had them return to neaten up a couple things and also took some debris away. That was nice and he does seem to be a nice man and I would be glad to work with him again, if my needs be and if he wanted but since he didn't get back to me on a siding price, I'll assume not. Either way, I wish Luis and his team all the best.

Our 52 Silver Brook Condo, on 52 Heckel St, Belleville NJ, hired LGM twice. Last year 2023 to repair our roof and this year 2024 to repair our 6 balconies. LGM did very good jobs and so quickly. He has a professional crew and all tools and construction equipment to do any job. We’re very satisfied.

My new roof looks great. They came 2 days after we first contacted them and started working on the roof within 1 week of us deciding to go with LGM. They got rid of the terrible yankee gutters I had and finished the job in 4 days. When they were finished the are around the house was cleaner than it had been in a very long time, and it was all done for a very reasonable price. I'm extremely happy I decided to go with LGM.

LGM Roofing Contractor has repaired our old roof and recently replaced it with a new GAF roof. They finished the job in two days before the rain set in. We are perfectly happy with their work. Actually our neighbors like it too, so they have asked LGM to do work for them.

Can’t recommend LGM enough.
I hired them to redo my roof. Not only they gave me a very competitive price, but they were timely, redoing the full roof in a day, the team was super nice, they cleaned everything afterwards l, didn’t pile up roof layers as some contractors do.
In addition, some minor adjustments were needed and they came to fix them nice and easy!

I contacted LGM for a roof replacement. They were timely on their first visit, and every-time that I had to request for them to come back. Thankfully I had experience with roofers in the past so I was able to identify if there were visible issues or if anything at all was missing that was outlined in the contract. As a result, I did much of the quality control myself and had to communicate often to ensure that the services were followed through. I am a very busy person and I don't think the service would have been as good ,if I did not have any experience with roofing. As such, this is why it is so important to ask questions or work with someone that will be responsive. While LGM made me exercise quality control they did not at all hesitate to my calls, questions, and concerns and addressed all matters accordingly. While I am grateful, I do recommend that LGM practice more quality control. Thank you!!!

Luis worked on repairing my roof. He was very professional at our first meeting to look at the site and creating an estimate. He shared information about his company, and followed up right away with a written estimate/invoice. His crew worked very quickly and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done. Luis came back to complete some minor finishes and shared photos. He was on site to provide supervision to the crew. I felt I made the right choice in calling Luis. LGM GC roofing contractor performed the entire roofing of our North Bergen 2 family home about a week ago right before hurricane season and we are glad we found them locally performing other roofing jobs in our town. It was a very easy negotiation of prices to meet both our needs & demands and his crew was promptly at our location first thing in the morning. They did a fantastic job in a days work that was later followed by photos of the house roof, a very detailed copy of the work performed and a fully paid invoice for our records.
