I contracted IG Homes Repair to add a bathroom to my basement and a bedroom. I gave Gamar creative control and he turned an empty dull space to an amazing 3 piece bathroom. Would definitely recommend his services and use him again.

I hired this company after closing on my home which was not in a movable condition. I was not in the position to do a full Reno but I had no vision of how I could move in without full demolition. I consulted with 3 contractors who told me that I must do the demolition and start building from the ground up. When I consulted with IG Homes Repair the contractor told me not to be bothered and clearly explain to me what can be done for me to move into the home.
They upgraded my two-story duplex- new plumbing, and electricity, built a new kitchen in one of the duplexes, installed new appliances in both, and installed new flooring throughout the entire property. Will not fail to mention the remodeling of the old antique stairway which I fell in love with and was told by many including the inspector that I would have to remove it. The best part and probably the most nerve-racking as a renter is timeliness; the contractor gave me a timeframe for when they would be completed. I was astonished, my keys were handed to me in a timely manner and I was able to move without feeling rushed, I had ample time to move and I actually handed my landlord the keys almost 2 weeks earlier than expected.
I would recommend IG Homes to anyone who needs construction work done and I will continue to do business with them as well. This is a highly professional team. I forgot to mention that because of this company, I had new remote garage doors installed as well.
