Been in our house almost a year now, and when we moved in, we were told by the neighbors that our home has not been power washed in over 13 years, the life of our home and it looked it too! But I thank God for Ultimate Power Wash! Their Tech, Connor, did an outstanding job to get rid of the mold and the grime off of the house and surrounding molding near the roof! Mostly in that hard to get to place up on top, that now makes our home look like that freshly built image! Thank you Connor! Everyone I worked with was so friendly! Andrew was easy to coordinate with, and this company had competitive pricing. Conner did an amazing job powerwashing my house and driveway--the siding and walkways all look brand new and my neighbors have commented that the property looks amazing. This was my second time using Ultimate Powerwash and both times they did an outstanding job on my house. I highly recommend them if you need your house cleaned!

Connor came out and gave me a tutorial on powerwashing/softwashing. When the work was completed it was getting dark. The next morning while on the way back home we noticed the brilliance of the work. Our house looks like it was illuminated. Our sidewalk looks like Michael Jackson Billy Jean video (slight exaggeration) but it looks great. If you want your house cleaned at a fair price, give them a call. Its good business!!

They did a good job at cleaning the exterior of my home and were very responsive. Only reason it's not a 5 stars review are my windows are spotty. They did try to fix this but were unsuccessful in doing so for the windows with screens.

These guys did an amazing job. I purchased a house that was a bit of a disaster and was in desperate need of a major cleaning. I called these guys in. They came out and not only did they power wash the house they took extra care of my new plants and sprayed off the patio. Conor was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Ultimate Power Washing did a fantastic job on our huge barn. Connor spent 10 to 12 hours conducting a detailed cleaning of the walls and rafters. Their price was reasonable and their communication skills were superb! They answered phone calls, responded to texts and arrived on time and completed the job on time. I highly recommend them and will use them again!!

You do not know how dirty it is until Ultimate comes and washes it all away. My first response when Connor came to get me for the walk around was, "WOW". Siding, gutters, soffits, windows sparkled. The real yuck was I had the gutters blown out. Have paid for gutter cleaning but apparently that consisted of pulling out the leaves and sticks. He cleaned up all the mess around the house that came out of the gutters.

Easy estimate process as Andrew brought my house up on Google maps and could give me an estimate over the phone. We conducted our business over text and CashApp. I’ve already got plans for Ultimate’s next job. I hired them based on the reviews and hope this makes your decision easier. Only wish I had done the before and after photos.

We looked on Angie’s List for a reputable Power Wash company, an found Ultimate rated number one. Their bid was competitive, so we went with them. They assured us the quality of their job would be far an above everyone else. Well that turned out to be true! They worked for 5 hours on a very difficult job. We were so impressed with their efforts, we paid them more than they asked. An I am always looking for a bargain, so am not the kind of person to toss money around. So when I say,” They did an Exceptional Job,” that is a big compliment coming from me. If you are Looking for quality workmanship at a fair price. This is your company. Connor aka “the asset” was the technician who power washed our home. He did an incredible job ! Takes pride in his work, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Took the time to go over the entire house to make sure I was completely satisfied! Will definitely ask for “the asset” next year when it’s time to wash the house.

Contacted them out of several other companies and they responded quickly and charged a more reasonable price. Hired them to clean up our brick community entrance sign and they did an outstanding job and super reasonable price. My 40-year old 2-story colonial house needed a new look after several years and many bad weather events. Ultimate power wash’s professional staff did a great job of making the house look new again. Andrew is service oriented and provided a very reasonable and competitive cost estimate. Brian performed the high-quality work. He was very polite and hard-working. He removed all the mold from the vinyl siding on the house and cleaned the dirt from under the eaves, as well as the windows. Excellent service. I couldn’t believe what a great job this company did. I thought the mortar and trim around windows had to be painted but after the power wash it looks great. All the mold and dirt is gone. The young man gave us great advice about our deck. Very impressed.

Andrew did a phenomenal job on our home and deck. We had a lot of mold on our siding and dirt on our deck that had built up over a decade. The "before" looked so bad, I stopped using our deck and back yard even on nice days, which is crazy because I could have called Andrew years ago and taken care of that in just a few hours. Andrew cleaned it all up and it looks amazing. This is the first time I've seen the true color of my deck without all the grime on it. Andrew takes pride in his work and really loves what he does, which results in a high quality service for the customer. These guys are very professional. They were on time, gave us a fair price and did an excellent job. They can clean 30' and higher with no problem. They have everything they need with them to match any job. Andrew got chemical in his eye which was burning. He knew we had to have the house washed for my daughters wedding.
