I could not be more pleased with Tim and Legacy Remodeling Solutions! I’m selling my home and I needed 1 shingle replaced on my roof. I could not find any roofing company that would come out and replace just one shingle without charging me a minimum of $435, not even the company that originally replaced the roof just a little over a year ago. We hit the jackpot when we found this company! They replaced our original 2007 roof. Tim answered all our questions and showed us the products they were using. They are a certified Owens Corning installer. They used all OC products which is a must for the warranty to be valid. We choose the color and they delivered a few days later. Within a week the roof was replaced, all damaged plywood was removed and replaced. They replaced the plastic builder vents with metal ones and added two more roof vents and caulked them which had not been done by the builder! Applied weather proofing in the areas that had ice dams this past winter. Replaced the 4” gutters with 6” gutters which has already helped with water flow off the roof. Totally professional service and work. Crews were friendly, respectful and left the yard clean! Highly recommend this contractor! Don’t look any further just call for a quote! Even gave us a military discount! What’s not to love? We are so picky about how things are done and we are completely satisfied! Thanks Tim!

During the high winds a few weeks ago, a 100 foot section of flashing that covered the fascia was blown off. This was further complicated by it being 40 feet high at the gable end of a roof. My neighbor, who knows everyone in Fredericksburg, recommended Tim Marlowe. I called and Tim came out the next day to look at the job. He got me on his schedule, came out a few days later and reinstalled the flashing.

After a tree branch came thru the roof and waiting 3 weeks on insurance, legacy was a pleasant surprise and the easiest part of this roof replacement. He was up front with pricing and details on what was needed and did exactly that. From the day he visited to complete was a little over a week. I Will call legacy back for any roofing needs I ever have.

I am very pleased with the excellent work done by Legacy's roofers and framing crew. They did a great job repairing the roof, while I was away on vacation. Tim kept me informed though text and sent pictures of the whole process. When I arrived home the new shingles and updated skylights added so much beauty to the house. Legacy helped us replace older, energy inefficient windows that had rotting sills. Tim and his team installed lovely Pro Via windows, including two large picture windows that brought the outdoors into our home. Very reasonably priced, their work was of very high caliber, attentive to detail, and clean. I really appreciated the time Tim took to answer all our questions, get the color scheme right, and communicate how the work would be done. My wife and I are very happy with their work and highly recommend Legacy.

I highly recommend Legacy Remodeling. Out of 3 other contractors that provided me cost estimates, Legacy was the only contractor to visually inspect the attic. This effort resulted in discovering 3 small mail pop water leaks along with plywood that was damaged. Legacy Remodeling took photos of the damage and provided the best and lowest price quote compared to the other contractor quoted.

I noticed a leak on my ceiling after a bad storm and Tim came out the next day to inspect and talk through my options. He was knowledgeable about the HOA regulations in my neighborhood too. I went with a full replacement and I’m so glad I did because it turned out great and now I have peace of mind since my previous roof was original. His team did my full re-roof in one day and left it spotless when done. Added bonus: they are also able to fix the drywall where my leak started! These guys are the bomb! There is nothing better than somebody staying true to their word. They came the day they originally quoted me and finished my roof same day. Excellent work and was in contact with me through the entire process. Highly recommend!

I Marlowe have know Tim for several years. During that time before he was in business for himself we had a bad hail storm in Stafford and I received hail damage on only one side of the roof that faced the damaging wind and hail. The insurance company would only replace the damage side. Tim worked with me and I was able to get a total roof replacement. This was a big blessing. Tims company recently replaced a dozen or so siding, on a three story town house that blew off from high winds. I was able to gather all but one of the torn off siding and Tim replaced all of them and matched the one missing one with a new peace. Great work Tim thank you for the consistent professional repairs.

Tim inspected the roof (inside and out). He explained everything to me and gave me a very fair estimate. We set the date, but he contacted me that it should be done earlier because of a rain front moving in and was concerned about the leak expanding.
They came at 6:30 am and completed the roof by 1 pm. It rained that day and 2 or 3 more days. The workmen worked all day and Tim was there observing. Tim showed me pictures of the roof at every step. I would recommend Legacy to my friends and neighbors.

Legacy Remodeling responded swiftly to an emergency roof leak I experienced after a storm. Their team quickly assessed the issue, located the leak, and provided a temporary repair. They are now working with my insurance company to facilitate a permanent solution. Communication throughout the process has been excellent.
