Lost internet after electrical storm and support technician helped diagnose problem and set up service call.
The technician, Keoni Cano, from the Altus service center was awesome! Not only fixed the earlier diagnosed issue but also found an additional piece of equipment that was not working correctly. After replacing affected items, recalibrated to achieve best signal strength available.
Very professional throughout the entire repair call even though working in a hot attic and on roof on 100 degree day.

The installation took about 3 hours, and it was HOT The guys never complained, but maintained a positive and friendly attitude. Thank you for your professionalism, and explanation of equipment and service. Colby McGuire and Tyler Breedlove should be very proud of themselves…and they deserve a raise (or at least a bonus)!!!

Next link is a real lifesaver, especially when other companies just want your money, but no solutions. In my case, there's a mountain that's blocking cellphone and Wifi coverage. They built a tower that provides service when other companies wouldn't help.
