We are so grateful to Ken and Dennis at NextGen Roofing. From the start, they were a pleasure to deal with—quick to respond, thorough in reviewing our roof, and they provided an estimate within 24 hours. Not only did they beat everyone else on price, but their work was prompt and of excellent quality.

I had my roof done by these guys last November. It went from just a roof to having to replace all the plywood under because of water under the shingles due to hail. These guys did an amazing job. Very professional and courteous and even the company owner stopped by to check in. (Nice guy BTW) I asked about cleanup afterwards, nails and such. They told me they used rolling magnets to pick up nails and not to worry. I only ever found 1 nail and it was in a shrubbery. I have to say, I am 100% completely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to contract with them again.

I had a minor emergency where the decent high winds were starting to rip the rake off the roof and had to get someone out asap before it flew off and caused greater damage. So happy I found this NextGen! So thankful they had availablity and were able to send someone out less than an hour. Kevin and Dennis showed up right on time and secured the initial part and went above and beyond to look at the rest of the rake and secured the whole thing without being prompted. Kevin meanwhile reviewed the rest of the roof and pointed out other problem areas that should be looked and gave genuine advice instead of being pushy. NextGen won me over with their superior customer service and professionalism, will definitely reach out to them for future projects and recommend anyone in need.

I have hired many contractors as a Vice President of a large homeowner’s association. NextGen was by far the best roofing company I have worked with. They are most professional, reliable and a reasonably priced business to deal with.

The owner, Denis Ismaili is most eager to please his customers and he will go the extra mile to make certain that his customers are satisfied.

It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. Ken and everyone at Next Gen roofing did an excellent job removing our old roof and installing a new one with a 50 year warranty!! Gonna be around longer than me. Looks great and they addressed all our concerns by installing water / ice barriers, flashing etc. And just making us feel 100% confident that our roof is even better than it was 62 years ago when it was built new.

Everything about our project was extremely professional. It was a real pleasure to deal with Dennis as he explained every step of our roof replacement in great detail, much different from other reps who barely spent 10 minutes at our initial meeting. Once we decided to proceed, all went smoothly and as promised. A big, cheerful crew showed up at our house on a sunny day and literally transformed our house in 1 long day. When the project was done, all the mess and debris was beautifully cleaned up. This was the best experience I've had dealing with a large house project and would recommend this crew to everyone. i really like how they run their business. i contacted them to get some repairs done on my roof and i got an appointment as soon as the next day! Ken gave me a reasonable quote and guided me through the process of what would happen. plus, the work was finished ahead of schedule!

I contacted them and Ken came the next day and measured my roof. He was able to give me on spot estimate and he supervised the job very well in the next few days. I was very happy with the outcome.
