Nextgen home construction

Sean and Co. came highly recommended from my coworker, and did not disappoint. They did a great job putting vinyl siding on my house, upgrading my back entry deck, replacing my storm doors & exterior light fixtures, and other smaller exterior projects. Sean is very accommodating and cares deeply about the quality of his work. Overall a totally positive experience and I would not hesitate to hire NextGen again.

We had Sean come to give us an estimate on
updating our garage, which included siding, new roof, new gutters, new doors, and fixing the crack in the floor and shifted frame cause by it. We added in two smaller unfinished projects (replacing deck boards with trex and finishing a stairway leading to our basement). The price for all three was the same as one company gave us for just the garage! He also made some suggestions to our plan that significantly improved the finished product. Through the process Sean was professional and very communicative, prompt, and his work was top notch! He completed the jobs all either by or before the timeline he had initially estimated and for the price he gave in the quote. Truly reliable and honest. We have recommended his work repeatedly to friends and family, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We hired Sean to replace our wooden deck to a trex deck. He did amazing job with it. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and did fantastic work completing it within the time frame he told us. We would highly recommend him.

Excellent, I found a Contractor who works with the me to get a project done at a price that was from the past. Full home restoration of a 200 year old home. This home being his welcoming to Coventry as a Resident and Contractor, we've found a unique construction Contractor. All I can say is that he worked well with the other contractors not blaming others, Just fixing the issues and moved on, Offered many good useful advise saving the me many headaches and money. Sean has done a number of projects for us ranging from new windows and doors, a garage remodel, porch addition, new gutters, etc. He and his team do a fantastic job, are very polite and communicative and always leave the site very clean. He is amazing to deal with and can't recommend enough.

We hired Sean and his team to do window replacements. They arrived on time and ready to work. Windows look great! Everything inside and outside was cleaned up. Sean’s motto is “We want it to look as though we were never here”. Great recommendation!
