Extremely poor quality and totally unprofessional. Their work was so bad that the roof on the picture window blew off within a few weeks. I've had to call them for months trying to get them to come out and honor their warranty. They kept telling me that they would but lied to me each time. I had to have a trapper put a piece of metal over the hole just to stop mice from coming in.
