Steve was great to work with in so many ways—knows the roofing business inside and out, guided us to the right product, and spotted all the issues involved with our old roof. I especially appreciated how well he communicated with us. Phone calls, texts, drone pictures of the roof problems, and keeping in touch given the uncertainty of weather conditions on when the work could be done. His crew was excellent—arriving at 7am and leaving at 5pm with the job completed and clean-up such that you wouldn’t know they had been there. The price was very fair and even though there was extra work involved the price did not change from his estimate. Steve genuinely wants you to be 100% satisfied with their work. Next Level Roofing is The Real Deal. We had been struggling with a leaking roof drain for over a year. Several roofing companies came out and gave estimates between $850 to $3000. We called Next Level Roofing and without coming out they asked for pictures of the leaky drain. Less than an hour later they called back and told us what was wrong with the drain and told us an easy way to fix it ourselves. We did what they suggested and no more leaky drain. And it cost us less than $100 in materials. And this was over the phone. We Highly recommend Next Level Roofing.

We had about 3400 sq. ft of Cedar shakes to remove and that is tremendous amount of debris for our very steep mountain home lot. Not only did they remove all that material but displayed a genuine caring when protecting our property. When finished, the clean up was miraculously achieved as though they were never there. Then, after the job was completed and payment made, Steve continued to follow-up to ensure all facets of the project were completed to our satisfaction. I had my roof evaluated by three other companies before choosing Next Level. Steve was extremely responsive, the best quote I got, and his workers were top notch. They showed up before the sun came up and finished the job before the sun went down. And although he had nothing to do with the chimney cap, which leaked again during the next rain. Steve is a heck of a guy. I have my own roof to do in a different state. He was kind enough to share his knowledge of roofing and construction and all the details of insurance with me. They kept me well informed of my issues and misdiagnosis’s from other companies. They completed the repair in a few hours and fixed it the right way. The workmanship was great! My kitchen had a leak. I called the company and it was the best decision ever! Steve and his team immediately came out to the house and figured out the problem. Soon after the repair was complete. Steve Bush performed an inspection using a drone. He showed me the pictures the drone made of my roof and let me know that the damage on my roof was minimal and only minor repairs had to be performed. He provided the name of a reliable person who's work he personally feels is up to Next Level Roofing standards. I hired that person and was very satisfied with the results of his repair.

Steve and his crew with Next Level Roofing are the salt of the earth! Steve is persistent without being pushy, and worked with us for about 3 years until a spring hail storm finished off our 18-year-old roof. It's a big steep roof with more than 60 squares, but the crew finished in a day and a half and left the place cleaner than they found it. Steve Bush was instrumental in getting our insurance claim approved. He was there with the inspector to show him the specific areas of damage. Without his help I doubt the claim would have been approved. He was really helpful with choosing the new shingle. He got addresses of houses with shingles we were interested in for us. The work was done in 1.5 days with no surprises or issues. They covered our shrubs to protect against damage. Cleanup was immaculate after the job. The quality of the roof installed is exceptional. I would not hesitate to use his company again.

Steve (the owner of Next Level Roofing) is an honest man is very knowledgeable about roofing issues. The trouble we were having turned out to be due to our under-sized gutters and not our roof, and Steve told me as much without charging me a dime. Anyone else might have seen the opportunity to take advantage of a potential customer and do a lot of unnecessary work. Whenever I do have roof damage or a roof issue Steve will be the first guy I call. Check out his reviews on the Better Business Bureau website - you'll see that he has a long list of people who have had similar positive experiences working with him. Wow! Same day service for me. Friendly, cheerful, and most of all professional. Selling my house and inspector found a few minor issues to be corrected from the original construction 15 years earlier. My realtor recommended Next Level and they had someone onsite the same day. If you need a roof Next Level Roofing is the company you want doing it. I have used Next Level Roofing on two occasions. Not only was the owner, Steve B***, very knowledgeable and helpful, but his foreman and entire crew were the very same and their prices are as competitive as anyone else. Next Level first replaced a roof on a rental property for me. After inspecting the roof which was leaking into the dwelling in several areas he used pictures to explain the damage and explained the damage was weather related. He met with the insurance adjuster as well to go over his findings and get the claim approved. Once he started the work I receive calls from Steve updating me on all stages of replacing the roof. What impressed me the most was riding by the site and he was there supervising the job. I was so impressed I asked if he would take a look at a leak I've had around a chimney which has leaked onto my breezeway for 20 years. He does not normally do repairs but wanted to help. I've had several roofers attempt to repair it but all I got was an invoice and no guarantees it would stop. It kept leaking. Next Level came out and worked an entire day, showed me pictures why it was leaking and that everyone else had only tried to put a band aid on it for the repair. The next week after the repair we received almost two inches of rain on two different days that week and the chimney and breezeway were dry as a bone. I could not believe it had been fixed. If you want to feel confident in a roof you're replacing I highly recommend you call Next Level.

Today I called Steve to check a leak in my roof. He arrived, on time and inspected the roof and found the problem. He was able to repair the problem and he inspected the whole roof.
Upon leaving he said there was no charge.
Steve replaced the roof on our son's house and they were completely satisfied.

When Steve offered to do a roof inspection for hail damage I reluctantly said sure not thinking there was any but knowing I would need a roof replacement in a couple of years anyway. I was pleasantly surprised when he said I had hail damage and he was able to get it approved through State Farm. Steve took care of all the leg work and coordination from start to finish and his crew did a great job. Steve even went out of his way to help me find a company to remove and reinstall the solar panels. And he even stopped back after the crew left to make sure all the debris was picked up and that I was happy with their work.
