We have used them twice so far for various services (roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, gutter sponge installation, and pressure washing). They are a small company so they are more likely to be flexible with prices. I got many quotes from other companies, but I kept coming back to this company. They are professional. They clean up after themselves. I also like that I directly deal with the owner, Rob instead of having to go through other employees.

Hired Rob and Trish to clean gutters and treat the roof for moss. They did a full roof inspection and found some other issues that had been neglected by the previous homeowner. I was provided a quote to do the cleaning plus fix the other issues. Price was very fair so I had them do everything. Job was done same-day and very professionally. Will hire again.

First let me say that Rob and Trish came out and gave us a fair bid the first time on the spot.
Then they showed up on time with a full crew ready to start. The nice thing about working with a local family run company is that Trish and Rob were there all day supervising the crew to make sure that everything was done right. Because they brought a full crew they were able to finish the job in one day. A long day but still just one day. No matter how many bids you have already gotten, they were my 5th bid, it’s definitely worth giving them a call.

We highly recommend Next Level Gutters and Roof LLC for your roofing needs. We needed an emergency visit to address a skylight that blew off our roof during the windstorm of March 2024, in the middle of the night. The owner, Rob Stewart answered our call and promptly showed up early Sunday morning after we called. He not only sealed the hole in the roof, to keep the heavy rain from damaging our home, he went above and beyond to find a new replacement for the skylight. We were so impressed by his quick action to address the problem we had him replace the other two existing skylights that were very aged. Rob brought to our attention serious problems with our ridge caps that had been allegedly “repaired “ by another roofing company who had assured us they had addressed the problem after asking them to bid on ridge replacement. Rob provided a detailed description and photos of the incomplete repair job, and provided a very competitive bid to complete the job installing new ridge caps. We know his bid was competitive as we had several months earlier obtained bids from other contractors, including the company who had originally installed the roof, that even with their lifetime guarantee were three times as high as Next Level and offered us no discount for the job. Next Level used top quality materials on the roof and skylights and was completely transparent in the process. Next Level completed all the work in a prompt and professional manner with a guarantee of all work completed. As seniors, this was very important to us as we cannot stress enough how important it is to have a trustworthy and competent company to work with, who believes in quality service. I am extremely satisfied with my new roof! They were very professional and did a great job. They even had my driveway looking better than when they found it. Rob and Trish at Next Level Gutters and Roofs did their work with integrity in pricing, care for my house, quality in details, and respect for customer relationship. We live on West Hills of Portland in the Sylvan area. They helped me decide on the right gutter system for the pine trees and needles that constantly clogged my old LeafGuard gutters. Rob was very communicative throughout the project, shared photos with me to show my options, and reduced the price when we made some change of original plans. They cleaned the moss from the roof, and washed off my deck after the job was complete. I am glad I did not go with Costco preferred Gutter Helmet solution.
