I'm writing this review specifically to give a shout out to Nathaniel. This guy went above and beyond to try and take care of my 1912 home. I have not had another person care so much about a job being done right, and then following through with the job, as him. He thoroughly explained the process of drying out and mitigating an unfortunate water leak, and made sure everything was done perfectly. He went above and beyond to leave my home better than he found it. Give this man a raise! He deserves it!

Luis, Angel, Nathaniel and Ephraim did a great job with our house. We had a roof leak damage 3 floors and they were fast and courteous with the cleanup. They answered any questions we had.

When needed the most, Servpro arrived quickly and was very thorough with assessment of damages. Within a day our house had equipment drying and blowing air - fixing damage from a burst pipe. Nathaniel was very courteous and the rest of the crew too.

My experience with servpro has been wonderful. From beginning to end the work they performed was exceptional. Nate always informed me when he was going to be on-site, explained what was being done and why. I felt that I was not just another job. The care of my home was very important to them, and I could see it in their efforts. When I had a problem getting a roofing company to tarp my house, Matt at servpro found one the same day. Thereby saving my home from further damage. I can't stress this enough, I have had many times in my life that I was treated poorly by contractors. That is not the case with servpro employees. Professional, careful, cautious and very knowledgeable about their work. I pray my home never has a problem like this again, but if it does, my first call will be to servpro of Hillsboro and Forest Grove. They do a great job, and make sure you're glad you called them first. I give you five stars only because I can't give more. Kudos to everyone at servpro.

The mitigation team and project manager were top notch. Polite and eager to share what the process was that they were performing. (and I had a lot of questions) The office staff were quick to help with my phone calls. No long wait times. It was a stressful time, but the group took the time to ease our trouble.

Linda's team did a great job deep cleaning my house after a fire outbreak. The house was spotless after they finished the job! I highly recommend their professional services.

My sump pump failed during a time of heavy rain. I just bought the house after relocating from out of state. I found the water on a Sunday night. The Company was very responsive and I feel the team they sent went above and beyond to help me get the water out of the basement and dry out the floor, carpet, and drywall. My homeowner's insurance doesn't cover this as a claim so they were really great to work with.

I've used this branch of ServPro several times now and they have been excellent each time. Joe is professional and explained everything clearly. His crew is very hardworking and treated my home with respect. Very pleased with the results from each encounter - will use again.

My insurance company chose them for water remediation. My dad had recently had a stroke so I could not see the work myself, but four months later I learned the hard way that they never put my front door back on. Due to this company, my house left was unlocked, my possessions and identity were put at risk, and I was never told a thing. Here is the photo of where they left the door, off its hinges, right next to the door frame. It is truly believable!

Used them for general deep cleaning of rental unit and removal of carpet and padding . They did a great job and got everything sparkling clean top to bottom. Prompt and accommodating they exceeded my expectations and cleaned every surface to my satisfaction. I definitely would use them again.

This was one of the easiest companies to work with. Nic with Servpro was quick to dispatch a crew to help with our crawlspace disaster. Their people were professional and enjoyable to work with. They cleaned out damaged crawl materials and replaced the plastic visquene so that the plumbers and HVAC workers could get their repairs done. I didn't have time to get other "bids" and was please with their prices.

We had a really good experience! They got to our residence so quickly that we had a lot less water damage than we might have had. They did a really good job! So friendly and easy to work with in a super stressful situation. We definitely recommend them!

I had a water leak from my dishwasher back in November 2021 and I called the same day I found the leak and they came out the same day and stayed into the night taking great care of the problem. They are the most professional and caring people I have ever worked with. They helped put back my house to before loss conditions and even better. If you ever have any water or fire damage, I would call these guys right away and you too will see how incredible they are to work with.

water was flowing through half (3500 sq feet). of our house. Early in the morning they were here and got the wet carpet and pad up. The floor insulation was removed and sub floor driers were placed and got some driers going. The next day it was determined to remove the red oak flooring. more driers placed. They packed up our stuff and moved our furniture. The tile flooring had heaters place on them . It took some time but things dried out. They are still working with us. We would recommend them to help in your emergencies. We could not have worked with more
helpful and caring people. They were the BEST!!!!

I highly recommend ServPro Hillsboro! There was a bad storm in the Portland area and I got a call from my tenants at midnight that the basement was flooded in our rental house. I rushed down to our rental to find that there was about 2" water in the basement and it was rising. I called ServPro desperate for help and the Hillsboro branch sent a crew over right away even though they were super busy with other calls.

Skyler arrived and started to work right away. A crew came back daily to inspect their equipment, change the position of the fans and to inspect the drying of our basement. They were all extremely professional and also wonderful with communication. Even though it was a very stressful experience for myself and my tenants, ServPro helped us through it.

Serve pro arrived the very next day after talking to my insurance company, they immediately diagnosed the issue removed problem boards set up fans and infrared heating element. We hired ServPro for a BioHazard clean up. Upon arrival, they found a broken waterline that had flooded 50% of the unit. Working closely with our insurance company, the ServPro team quickly gained approval and completed the demolition and drying out the water damage areas. Once these areas were rebuilt, the BioHazard team returned and completed their work. I highly recommend ServPro of Hillboro, OR if you are looking for a professional clean up crew for BioHazard, water damage, asbestos abatement or deep cleaning services. Their teams are courteous and efficient. They work seamlessly with insurance adjusters so that the client doesn't have to worry or be concerned about next steps.

These guys are fast, professional and got the job done under the original estimate. I will use them again in the future if needed.

We had a smoke damage when the motor of a furnace failed. Servpro had a representative on site doing an assessment within a couple hours and a crew on site the next day. All our textiles where sent out for cleaning, that includes all our clothes, drapes, tennis shoes, leather goods and teddy bears. They rushed a one day turn around on some clothing items so we had what we needed for a couple weeks. Everything, floor to ceiling, and every picture on the wall and trinket on the table was cleaned This crew did so much more than expected. They even swept clean my garage floor. They were done before we could arrange for a furnace replacement and they offered the use of their commercial space heater until we had heat of our own. I cannot say enough good things about all these wonderful people and the team work they exhibited.

We had a semi-emergency and these guys showed up on time, completed their job to be ready for the plumber. After the plumber finished, Casey came back and finished the job.

We had a washer flood our house and go downstairs through the walls and vents.This all happened when we were away and came home to an absolute mess. We called Carla at Serv Pro and she had 2 crews of people at our house in about an hour. After a few hours of work they had removed the water and started drying out walls and floors. Great work!!!

I had an indoor waterfall in my home just before Christmas. Fantastic service from this company. They were able to come in the evening to cleanup a sewage spill under our manufactured home and they even came into the house to cleanup and disinfect the bathrooms that the plumbers didn't clean. I definitely recommend this company and would use them again if ever needed.

Refreshingly honest company. We had a water leak in our front yard and ended up with a damp crawl space. They could have charged us $200+ to dry it out, but they recommend we just put a fan in there and let it dry on its own. He checked for mold and didn't charge us a cent. Will definitely use them should we ever need to in the future.

After a frustrating water loss and painful interactions with insurance to get resolved, ServPro was a breath of fresh air. They quickly responded and worked to keep me in the loop on next steps and what to expect. Every person that came out to my house was incredibly polite and helpful. We were very disappointed with them and the services they provided. I called and they said they would come later in the day but they never showed up. We received a call later saying they won’t come that day but first thing in the morning. So we lined up our Plummer’s to come later in the morning so they could repair the damaged pipes. Well they still didn’t show up. So I called the office around 1:00 pm and I got the impression they forgot about me. The dispatcher said she would send someone out now but that were still at the office. When someone finally did show up he was put out that he would have to go under our house in the crawl space for the cleanup. He made it clear to everyone, including my waiting plumbers, that he wasn’t happy about it. He want even the person doing the work. LATER yet his crew showed up. They worked for a few hours and left. By the time the work was to be done there was still standing water and the plastic that was put down they barely spread it out at all. My husband hand to go under there and finish up what was half heartedly done. NEVER again will we use that the SERVPRO out of Hillsboro Oregon

We waited almost 5 weeks for another contractor to get us a cleaning estimate for cleaning our Lodge facilities after the Camp Fire tore through Paradise only to leave several unanswered messages. One of our Lodge members mentioned that ServPro was working right up the street. Woody Nelson approached Servpro's Anthony Noble about cleaning the Lodge for smoke and soot damage from the fire. Anthony and Matt were there within 2 hours to see what we needed. We had a detailed, comprehensive estimate to present to the insurance adjustor within a week. Keep in mind that this facility is over 20,000 square feet in area and covers 2 stories. The bid was accepted and cleaning was commenced shortly after. These people brought the necessary resources and personal to complete the cleaning process rapidly, professionaly, safely and cautiously, without damage, while working under some pretty extreme weather conditions, not to mention the complete devastation surrounding us in the town of Paradise. There was excellent communication throughout the arduous process of this huge undertaking.
I can't thank ServPro and their professional staff enough for their Caring and Professional work in restoring our Masonic Lodge to its sparkling appearance and would recommend this company without reservation to anyone who needs or requires their service.

Serv-pro of Hillsboro helped me with a challenging job. With 24 hours notice, they will able to provide a crew to board up a house and shop on a rural property from which I had to evict very hostile tenants. After the Sheriff's Deputies evicted the tenants, I had a security team stand guard while the Serv-pro crew did their work. They had to call for more materials and help because I was not able to give them an exact list of the number of windows and doors. They worked until after dark with head lamps because there was no electrical service. They were polite, professional and understanding of my needs. I would highly recommend their service and plan to call for an estimate from them for another project. 5 Stars!

Servpro-Hillsboro responded within an hour after learning I had water damage in my home due to a malfunctioning washing machine. Two workers spent the entire day, working non-stop, on removing damaged flooring, relocating furniture from the rooms and setting up equipment to dry out my home. They checked on the equipment about every two hours on the following three days. They were always professional and always kept their work area and equipment in immaculant condition. I highly recommend Servpro. Their efficiency and care for details left me feeling that my water damage would be well cared for.

Needed our washer area inspected to see if there was mold. Charles came by in Sunday within 20 min of my initial call. Thankfully no repairs were needed and he explained why using his mold detection device. Surprisingly he did not charge for the inspection. Great guy and if I ever needed this service I would call him back without question.

I had a massive flood in my basement on a recent Friday afternoon during our wettest month in years. I called this ServePro and Ben and his crew came over that evening. They worked until 2am both Friday and Saturday evenings. They were truly amazing, professional and their was clean. They removed thousands of gallons of water, ripped up the carpet and floors, and did 2 foot flood cuts on all of the walls. Then they set up fans and dehumidifiers for several days. It was an expensive job, but done right with this team. Unfortunately, I have had experience with two other ServePro offices in the Portland area, and this group is the BEST. Ben was incredibly responsive day or night, and he did a great job organizing his crew and getting the job done. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I will call this office.
